Get Discounts On Zelda, Metroid, Splatoon And More With The Latest European My Nintendo Rewards

WOW! These are really good this time.

I want Mario Golf, Pilotwings, possibly Twilight Princess HD (was hoping it would come to Switch soon so not sure). Thinking about Ever Oasis too.

Once again I let platinum coins expire; I gotta jump on these things once I know but I’m too scared to claim them cos then another timer begins. I’ve claimed only to then loose the deal as even if you claim, the deal expires when you no longer can claim.

Pretty sure EU is lapping North America now on the MyNintendo awards. Can't remember the last good games update we got - don't think we've had ANY in 2019.

I wonder if we ever get MyNintendo discounts on a current console or just on dead ones.

I don't even know if I have any Platinum points left from the thousands because I never watch their page anymore.

My Nintendo rewards get better and better. Oh wait there for Wii u and 3ds

The Mario kart 8 discount is plain crazy

They are great games, and if these were on Switch I'd happily jump on almost anything on this list.

But I'm not buying anything new for Wii U or 3DS at this point. My Switch backlog is already grown to 15 games I currently own, with another at least 5 coming out this year that I am absolutely gonna buy.

Too bad MP Trilogy requires Wii Remotes and motion for 1 and 2, I’d buy it in a heartbeat if wasn’t for that. The two original games were superior experiences.

Them putting Splatoon up for discount here kind of makes me wonder, how long will they keep Wii U online supported?

Because once that's gone, the original Splatoon will be largely defunct, only having a single player mode to it and a fairly shallow multiplayer. And all the relics of weaponry and gear pieces that will no longer be of any real use at that point. At least not until somebody were to create custom servers or something for the game (if they don't exist already).

Wish they would make deals like this on new games instead.

@CurryPowderKeg79 Gold coins for your info allow you discounts on games on Switch eshop. That's not nothing. Platinum coins though...

They really need to implement using points for deals on Switch now. There really is no point using points for a percentage off a digital version of a game for 3DS or Wii U when you could probably get the physical version second hand for cheaper

Almost all my gold an platinum points have expired now, because there is NOTHING to spend it on as Switch owner!
I have long sold the WiiU and no longer use the 3DS much either anymore.

Rather than just letting your gold coins expire, use them for the Switch digital discount. I agree that the Wii U discounts need to go away, but you can use your points in some way at least.

So much 'mimimimi'... it's not like you're losing anything if you don't get a discount on a product. You should rather be happy that you have the option of sometimes getting it cheaper. Weird reactions.

When are Pandoras Tower & Pikmin 1/2 getting discounted? That's all I'm waiting for. Until then...I'll keep working on my Wii U backlog.

Well this pretty much de-confirms any sort of Prime Trilogy HD for Switch anytime soon, but for £11 they are a no-brainer for anyone who hasn't played them before.

So only Mario Golf is discounted with platinum. Those are some useless points..

Isn't it supposed to be Xenoblade Chronicles X on Wii U??

@shoeses The offered discount for Xenoblade is for the Virtual Console release of the Wii game.
