No More Heroes spin-off Travis Strikes Again arrives on the Switch early next year. Over the past few weeks now, Grasshopper Manufacture has been releasing trailers for each of the mini-games starring Travis and Badman, who are trapped inside the Death Drive Mark II - a phantom console from the '90s.
In the latest trailer, we get a glimpse of the mini-game "Coffee And Doughnuts" - transporting Travis and Badman into a side-scrolling platform beat 'em up game where they must jump across donuts and defeat Brian Buster Jr. Take a look at the new trailer above and view the previously released trailers below:
In addition to all of the mini-games, there will be a season pass for two DLC packs. For more details about this, check out our previous post.
Are you hyped for the game after viewing this latest trailer? Will you be adding it to your Switch library on release? Tell us below.

This game is getting a lot of hate, but I think it looks pretty fun. I'm really digging the over-the-top feel to it.
@KryptoniteKrunch haters gonna hate their just being salty and plus you cant please some people these days.
I'll wait to pass judgment but so far it just looks OK.
All the previews getting passed around resetera and reddit are extremely favorable and positive.
And THAT is the best thing to judge off of. One of the previews I was reading, guy said he had practically already made up his mind he wasn’t going to like the game, but after spending an hour with it he changed his mind.
I’m all in (and for the record, I always said this game looked fun)
The early previews are very positive, so all the haters need to grow up. This game is gonna be such a cool game and I can't wait to get my hands on it.
I think the hating that this game has taken is because of Suda. This... Buy if u want a really NMH 3 didn't like to gamers. If the game will fail it will be a result from its creator.
@JaxonH
Judging a game off of previews rather than off of the fact that it isn't another game, like...say...No More Heroes 3?
Nonsense!! You must boycott this game.

This part of the game looks pretty cool!
Still on the fence about this. The trailers aren’t whetting my appetite, I’ll wait for the NL verdict!
@KingdomHeartsFan
That seems a very strange conclusion.
There’s nothing wrong with the “season pass”. It’s nothing more than a label. At its heart, it’s $10 DLC. Two additional characters and some post release content to come. Nothing wrong with that, unless one wishes to assert there’s something wrong with DLC wholesale, in which case nearly every single video game made today is guilty
And there’s nothing being “locked off”. Locked off implies it would be available but it’s being prohibited. And that’s simply not true at all.
What he said was, if this game does well then he’d like to make a sequel. So yes, it is “locked off”, because that’s just how the world works. If you don’t have the money to do something... you can’t do it. If this game succeeds and he then has the capital, he can reinvest in a sequel. You’re not being wronged by that. It’s just basic economic principles. He didn’t use it as a threat. And I just find it mind-boggling anybody could find something wrong with that, as if he’s wrong for saying if one of his projects succeeds, he’d like to invest in a new project. God forbid.
@KryptoniteKrunch,
I think the hate for the game is pretty much from the very vocal internet minorities,it's not the game they wanted or felt they were entitled to.
I am pretty sure it will do o.k when it comes out.
Keeping an eye on it and hoping it feels like a fully fledged sequel or maybe better given it's variety. Love the art direction and retro references but the DLC's are a downer. Let us play the whole thing for once!
@KingdomHeartsFan Season passes are so inconsistent across games that you really have to judge case-by-case. In Suda's case, the DLC seems to be well underway, just not at the 'release-ready' polish. It's not like he's locking parts of the core game away.
Should Suda51 have just said, "If TSA does well, we'll see. I hope your guys enjoy this game?" or "For now, I want to focus on TSA?" As a spin-off it's always gonna have that shadow of NMH3 hanging over it, a decision he probably made given the logistics and timeframe. What better way to gauge some newfound interest in NMH then release a focused & hella quirky arcade game in the style and direction of Suda51? If TSA actually does well, imagine the freedom & vindication he'll have in actually creating the NMH3 the he always wanted.
This whole situation hinges on whether TSA is actually bad, which is what people are presuming based on trailer. If it turns out to be good, the story turns around. Otherwise, kaboom.
I think what Suda said about sells has to do more with publishers pressure on developers than a marketing stunt. It's been misinterpreted but I have to agree that saying that on a promotional row was a bit sloppy. Still, NMH are a cult and niche series with the potential to broaden it's audience. Is a bit risky upscalling a project after the past two iterations did just well. So is this a test for the market? Of course. But still looks promising as a videogame itself.
Everyone is talking about haters but I can't found any real hater. Even on youtube...
I am less and less interested in the game, but for the ppl that will enjoy the title, more power to you. Seems I can enjoy Octopath Traveler and Smash a bit more .
Love the presentation of this which definitely looks very No More Heroes-y. Still not sold on the gameplay but this trailer looks a lot better. Had loads of coins after the Christmas sales so I preordered anyway.
And I'd love to get the first two games on the Switch too, probably more than a sequel actually.
The only thing to say at this point is that I think the game looks ok. Not amazing, but it looks like something I'll eventually get. But when I get it is going to depend on what we have coming in 2019 and how quickly I can clear my winter backlog.
If the first quarter has Luigi's Mansion, Animal Crossing, or Daemon X Machina, it will have to wait. Especially since I'm still picking up titles I missed, and that happen to be on sale. Lol
Nah I'll pass, game looks ass... First 2 were meh as well ... Id rather Daemon X Machina 😜
This game looks so bad.
@aromain150 @KingdomHeartsFan try reading some comments on here couple of them are make judgements alrdy and they havent even played it.
@KingdomHeartsFan i dont make judgements till i play it or wait for the reviews to come out and wen comes to trailers sometimes they dont do the game justice because wen these devs load up their videos of theirs games to show people how they look its hard to tell if it looks good cause sometimes the video could be blurry or some $hit since were watching on our computer screen not on our own tv to see how smooth it is.
Looks awesome
I'm preordering this. The trailers have too much oomph and finesse to them when it comes to showing the gameplay.
The quirky art and game design may not be for everyone. For me though, after the other games, suda has become a cult hero in the space of games as art and entertainment. Awesome.
Game looks bad. Easy pass for me.
Starting to really like the look of this game the more i see of it, and i never really liked the previous No More Heroes games, but i'm a sucker for 2.5D and top-down style viewpoints in games, this just looks pure fun to me
Looking forward to this but I don’t think it will sell well. The franchise is niche as is and the internet mob has been sharpening pitchforks for a bit. But it looks like a fun romp to play in between larger games.
I like brawlers, No More Heroes, and Suda-- This looks like the best of all worlds. Barring a bad review, I'm looking forward to playing this with my friend.
