Showing no signs of slowing down, yet another outfit selection has been added to Super Mario Odyssey. This time around we have the Hariet Hat and Hariet Suit.
Both items are modelled on Hariet, one of the evil, rabbit-like Broodals who cause Mario problem after problem throughout the game's adventure. The hat will set you back 3,000 coins, while the suit requires 5,000.

If Hariet's not your favourite Broodal, other enemies, Topper and Rango, have also been represented in outfit form. You might be on a grand quest to collect as many Power Moons as you can, but you've got to look the part along the way.
Have you been playing the game recently? Do you like the customisation options available for Mario's look? Let us know below.

I started a new run yesterday. I'm happy to say the game is still as impressive as before. I don't like the broodals though.
@Lizuka But the game is still selling, and will continue to do so which means there are always new people playing for the first time so these new costumes are great for people like that.
I was literally just thinking about this yesterday, wondering how long the gaps between the updates were and when we would be due another.
Failed to find anything useful, so glad Nintendo answered my question themselves.
I really do appreciate these costumes, but as others have mentioned, I wish they'd have some meatier DLC.
It doesnt even have to be new worlds (yet), but maybe new ways to traverse current kingdoms, or new minigames. I mean, you can only hunt for so many balloons...
Both this and BotW could benefit from a party mode where friends can just goof off around these open worlds together.
What is it with Nintendo having their characters cross dress this gen? Lol
@Lizuka You may have finished playing with this game but that doesn't mean other people have. Also, Mario games are evergreen titles, meaning that Odyssey will keep being sold for many years.
Crossdressing Time !
Next DLC, Pauline's Sexy Red Gown from Donkey Kong for Mario.
Called it!
Broken pencil DLC. Pointless.
This is my opinion, but I feel like if Nintendo doesn't release DLC in the form of new worlds, it will be a missed opportunity. This game literally showcases how Super Mario is a world of infinite number and possibilities. I'd love that exploited further. Dinosaur Land? Subcon?Sarasaland? Even a little out the box action like visiting a snippet or condensed version of Hyrule. C'mon Nintendo!
@DTFaux No offense but a botw party mode would ruin the game
@jobvd I agree with you on the broodals, galaxy was so nice because you have all this different bosses every level, and this just has rabbits...
@Heavyarms55 Trans gen?
Well, now I want to see Hariet in a pair of dungarees!
The trouble with all these costumes is the ridiculous in-game price for them. You'd need to spend about an hour grinding for coins up that beanstalk in Bowser's Kingdom to have a chance of affording them. Why do they need to be so expensive?
Personally I think the best new content we've had for Odyssey so far has been the hidden 8-bit Luigi and Captain Toad sprites. It took me ages to twig the location of the most recent one as I'd forgotten Poochie only appears in the picture and not the game!
@Julien ba dum tishhh
lol
@BulkSlash They're aimed at people who play Luigi's Baloon Hunt, which gives you plenty of coins.
I wish Nintendo would stop slowly rolling these things out like with Aces. If the content is already finished, they should just release it. Otherwise it always gets datamined months ahead of time, killing the surprise, and it comes out too late in a game's release cycle for me to care anymore. Don't get me wrong, I don't think these costumes were planned from the start, so I appreciate free supplementary content, but if they're all ready to go I would much rather they drop them all at once, save for themed ones like the Santa suit. There's no reason the Broodal costumes should be spaced months apart from each other.
@link3710 Oh, I didn't realise the Balloon Hunt was that "profitable", I might have to give it a try! I stayed away from it as I assumed it would be full of expert players lodging balloons in all sorts of impossible to reach places.
Pretty. 😂🤣
Can't wait until SMO 2 or a proper DLC with new kingdoms.
I gave up on completing Odyssey 100% because I couldn't find enough Purple Coins to buy all of the souvenirs. I might get back into the game sometime, but I feel like I'm done with it right now.
This is hardly content.
@BulkSlash you can pretty much tell which ones are like that because they'll be worth insane amounts of coins. Last I played, the majority we're in-bounds.
Yeah, bring real and playable DLC please!
