A few years ago, coinciding with the game's initial launch on Wii U, an art book for Bayonetta 2 was released in Japan. An English translation of the book has since been in the works and western buyers should be able to get their hands on a copy very soon.
The book, titled 'The Eyes of Bayonetta 2', features all the fantastical designs and concept art you'd expect. There are five chapters in total, focusing on main characters, enemies, character and object imagery, stage scenery, and 'extras'. Here are some images and the official description:
Bayonetta is a butt-kicking, havoc-wreaking witch who wields sweet weapons like pistols, whips, hammers, flamethrowers, and poison bows. But it’s not just about brawn ― it’s also about style.
The Eyes of Bayonetta 2 collects all the fabulous artwork behind this celebrated video game sequel. Included are character designs, development sketches, weapon & environment designs and promotional artwork. It’s all topped off with character & enemy profiles, journal entries, and plenty of exclusive creator commentary.
The book is scheduled to launch on 20th November this year, and a pre-order link has already appeared on Amazon if you're keen.

The cover is gorgeous for sure!
I want it. Didn't even finish Bayonetta 1 or 2, but I still loved them a lot. Maybe I will get them on Switch again and try to finish them. Didn't play that much singleplayer games on Wii U.
And I LOVED the enemy designs especially.
One of the most underrated franchises out there. Even though I finished Bayonetta 1 and 2 a little while ago, I love going back into 2 just to kick ass. Bayonetta 3 is a day one purchase for me. (I was sad nothing was announced at E3, but maybe they're saving it all for a Direct.)
Might be worth getting. I do often stop to admire the scenery in these games. The art direction is top notch.

pre-ordered!
but from the german site
As I live in the netherlands
and they have different payment options depending on which site you use.
I bought both games AGAIN on the Switch to be able to play them on the go, and because my Wife loves them so much.
They definitely play better than on the Wii U, too.
Hopefully this art book has more than just the artwork in the Gallery Mode of the games, though.
