Headup Games has announced that Bridge Constructor Portal will be releasing on Nintendo Switch on 28th February.
This unique merging of Portal's classic blue and orange tunnels and the physics-based Bridge Constructor series was released on PC, MacOS, Linux, and smartphones in December, receiving mostly positive reviews across the board. A console release has been imminent for a while and, luckily, we don't have much longer to wait to try it out for ourselves on Switch.
Playing as a new employee in the Aperture Science test lab, your job will include building bridges, ramps, slides, and other constructions, ensuring the Bendies make it safely across the finish line in their vehicles. You'll need to make use of the many Portal gadgets, such as portals, propulsion and repulsion gels, aerial faith plates, cubes, and more to bypass the various hazards and make it through the test chambers unscathed.

Features:
- The merging of two worlds: the first Bridge Constructor with an official Portal license
- Create complex constructions in the Aperture Science labs
- Let GLaDOS accompany you through tricky physics adventures
- Use portals, aerial faith plates, propulsion gel, repulsion gel, and much more to master the complicated tasks
- Evade dangers such as sentry turrets, emancipation grills, laser fields, and acid
It's a mash-up that we likely wouldn't have dreamt up ourselves, but one that we can imagine working really well. Will you be keeping an eye out for this one later in the month?

closest thing to portal 3 until/unless microsoft buys valve.
As of February 28th there will be 200% more bridge construction games on Switch than NFL Football games.
It actually looks like a lot of fun. Might buy it, depends on the price ofcourse.
Not my thing... I'll be saving for a rainy day
@Alex18 I’d love that collection on the switch !
@Jamotello
Don't care if MS buys EA, but not Valve. The only good thing that could come out of that would be Half Life 3 Xbox/Windows exclusive.
@JHDK I'd love an arcade style (a la Blitz) or a proper Madden game.
@JHDK not really as 200% of 0 is 0
Bring on Portal 1 & 2 on switch, not this
Sweet, 1 step closer to getting portal on the switch. First the pinball table and now this.
I joked about the Skyrim skin in Minecraft Wii U being ‘the closest we would ever get to having Skyrim on a Nintendo console’ and I couldn’t be more happy I was wrong! Cross fingers something similar happens here lol
@Bunkerneath Thanks for the math lesson Archimedes. You got my point.

Damn you and your stupid logic and maths.....
Looking forward to this. I'm getting serious Lemmings vibes off it. Seems like my kind of game.
I really, really want to play this, but I'm afraid the control scheme for a game like this in a console won't be precise enough. Here's hoping I'm absolutely wrong!
No interest for this after being burnt on that last terrible bridge game I bought about a month ago. IMO, these games are best played on a PC.
I'm very interested in this game. I'll decide later if I'll get it on Switch for a (hopefully) decent price or later on PC when a good deal surfaced with a something deal on Steam.
Orange box 4 Switch plz Gaben our lord and saviour.
if it's 15 bucks or less maybe, otherwise while i'm interested i'd wait for a sale probably.
I enjoyed bridge games online, so I'll pick this up eventually. I'll probably wait for a discount, but I'll definetly get it eventually.
