One of the year's biggest releases on 3DS (in multiple ways) has been Monster Hunter Generations, the latest series entry to be localised to the West. It seems to have achieved decent sales, and it delivers a nice blend of nostalgia and new ideas for series newcomers or veterans.
Some may still be on the fence or still battling their way through the game; in either case the latest Did You Know Gaming? video is worth a look. It's sponsored by Capcom, which may explain its single game focus, but well known and much-liked YouTuber ProJared breaks down some interesting details about Generations, including its modes and showcase monsters.
Have you been enjoying Monster Hunter Generations this year, or is it still on your wishlist?

Most westerns that know about Bushido style are mostly anime or japanese fanatics.
Some people say they don't think westerns know about Japanese culture because their xenophobic.
Even though that have several missed opportunities to educate instead of changing it altogether.
I really want this one. The demo felt so smooth. Maybe after I get more NX details.....
Hoping we get Monster Hunter Stories with those amiibo too.
Not a big Monster Hunter fan but hoping for Stories to be localized soon!
