Super Mario Miitomo

With all the positive press that's been surrounding Pokémon GO lately, it's easy to forget that Nintendo's first smartphone app, Miitomo, is still going strong. Though it seems that Miitomo's popularity plateaued rather quickly following its release, Nintendo certainly can't be faulted for abandoning the app, as it's received fairly frequent apparel updates over the months since it's release. The next theme update will be centered around Super Mario, with fan input having some impact on what's going to make the cut.

To begin with, users can vote on a Blooper, Bowser, Boo, or Goomba tee, with the winner being offered for free on My Nintendo. Voting can be done by going here. As of time of writing, Boo is in the lead with Bowser as a close second.

In addition to this, a Super Mario All-Stars shirt will also be given away on My Nintendo.

Next up, three new shirts based on the Power Star, Mushroom, and Fire Flower will be available available for purchase via platinum coins.

And finally, eight shirts will be added to Miitomo Drop; four of which are the ones up for vote, and four new ones depicting Mario, Rosalina, Peach, and some Toads.

All of this new content is coming on 28th July, and voting for the free shirt ends on 22nd July at 7:00 PM PST.
