We're big fans of Camille and Kennerly here at Nintendo Life. Better known as The Harp Twins, these talented siblings are keen gamers and have produced many adaptations of famous gaming tunes - you might recall their excellent Ballad of the Goddess and Super Mario medley.
The twins are back with another Zelda-focused melody, this time the haunting Lost Woods composition. It's a subtle arrangement of the famous tune, and comes complete with a video which is so utterly charming that after watching it we had to play Call of Duty: Ghosts online for five hours solid with a bunch of foul-mouthed teens in order to restore some balance.
Have a watch and let us know how large a smile you had at the end.
Thanks to Nathan Brown for the tip!
These sister have nothing on this duo. I like ocarinas better.
WHY DO I WANT THOSE EAR THINGS!?
also I was unaware portable harps was an thing, outside those "sheik" styled ones.
That was just lovely. Of all the classic tunes from Ocarina, Saria's Song is the one that sticks in my mind the most for some reason.
Finally a song you can actually recognise. Most they make doesen't sound like the original at all.
HA! To all those people freaking out over a female Hero of Time...now you have two of them, and they are lovely and talented musicians!
Really nice rendition!
I needed this after the explosion of comments from the Kyoto feature yesterday. Thanks, @Damo.
I love their stuff, great stuff.
Watched a Dark Souls 3 video and then straight to this. Quite the juxtaposition. Lovely stuff.
They are really good! Helps that they are lovely too!
The level of cuteness is off the charts! Very talented too.
Can you imagine just coming across this in the woods? I'd be like, what the f is happening? It would be weird, but I would probably feel a little tingly on my insides, too.
Pretty cool video! I especially loved the part at the end that temporarily played part of a Super Mario 64 song!
Music is nice. The video is unbearable. So unnatural and forced.
Nice. Long time no see by the way.
