SteamWorld Heist is due in Fall, which means it's not particularly far away. Coming to 3DS first it's the follow-up - not sequel! - to the hugely popular SteamWorld Dig and, as a result, is likely to be one of the portable's biggest download releases this year.
As release approaches developer Image & Form is naturally talking more and more about the game, and the latest details in a video Q & A give some useful insights. The headline details are confirmation of a New Game+ mode, while beating the game should take players at least 10 hours or more. Image & Form's next game will be in the SteamWorld universe too, and most importantly it's been clarified that Heist will have "lots of hats".
Check out the Q & A below and let us know what you think.

I can't wait for this game. Can they create that lightening in a bottle yet again. I also like the direction they took with this game considering they could've just ran with a sequel to Dig!
These guys seem so humble and genuinely likable (it also helps that they know how to make games)
They also listen and respond to the fans, good on 'em!
Hoping this game turns out to be cool. I liked Dig, so I may pick this up on release or some time later.
Another quality Nindie game? Keep it coming!
"...only pillage what you need to pillage." Now that's a mantra I can get behind!
Definitely my most-anticipated eShop game for the second half of 2015! The fact that I've been playing a lot of Strategy games lately makes the hype even bigger for me!
Considering how painfully short Steamworld Dig was, it is nice to see this will have an acceptable amount of content genre change aside.
As a TF2 player, I can't state enough how important hats are! /s
