Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines....again! The second DLC pack for Mario Kart 8 is here and it is a must-buy piece of downloadable content if ever there were one.
Even if Animal Crossing isn't your cup of tea, there are plenty of reasons to be excited about this pack. How about another F-Zero track? Is Dry Bowser more of your thing? How about some tracks from the GBA's Super Circuit?
You are covered with three new characters, six new kart parts and EIGHT new tracks.
Are you still not convinced? Oh go on then, here's a video with all the new goodies.

The DLC so far is awesome
@DEAD It was pretty insane on 200cc I have to admit. That course really gets better the faster it is. 50cc on that stage is boooooorrrring.
Part of the madness comes from the close proximity to other racers though. You can't get separated much from other racers on it.
@drewb0203 Yes it does! So far there are Isabelle, Villager and Dry Browser that I can identify within this pack it does peak my interest on their move sets within this particular game.
@Giygas_95 50cc is boring on any stage.
@DEAD It seems if you always go 200cc you may get used to its insane design! However this pack is mostly focused on the characters so it would be wiser to only get it if its for those characters. I did not realize they would actually add Dry Browser. I wonder whose next?
@DEAD I disagree; Baby Park is one of the best stages, in my opinion.
@Mus1cLov3r if you are trying to master perfect turns steering, and acceleration then 50cc would be a viable mode to indulge in.
@Mus1cLov3r Good point, hah!
@DarthNocturnal Neo Bowser City is a great stage and its very mysterious when traveling the track at top speed and trying not to collide into the walls. So the best thing to do would be memorizing the entire course. Although I perplexed on how to do that while trying to actually win.
@Giygas_95 I agree with your baby park stage claim and up to a point about your 200cc claim but I think 50cc helps people practice perfect turning, steering, and of course item throwing.
I have to say I am enjoying this DLC alot more then the first pack.
@ogreatgames Well true, 50cc is more of a training wheels mode so it does it's job in that regard. I don't use it unless it's to get three stars on a cup that I haven't gotten them on yet though.
@DEAD its fun at 200cc, so much mayhem, so many items.
Am I the only one that thinks that Wild Woods is an instant classic? Of all the new tracks, it's the prettiest, most interesting and most fun. That stage deserves more love
Glad GBA and SNES tracks have been recreated, because I tried Super Circuit again (Cheese this time), and I have no idea how anyone could make out where anything was on those tracks. Constantly getting turned around, bumping off of everything.
