A rating for the 2002 Game Boy Advance title Pocky & Rocky with Becky has appeared on the Australian Classification Board site.
A sequel to Taito's Kiki Kaikai — which made its début in arcades back in 1986 — Pocky & Rocky with Becky follows in the footsteps of previously localised titles Pocky & Rocky and Pocky & Rocky 2, SNES games which both made it to the west during the early '90s.
The game — which launched in Japan in 2001 as Kiki Kaikai Advance — has been given a "G" rating, which indicates "Very Mild Violence".
Expect a PAL release of this title on the Wii U Virtual Console in the not-too-distant future.

I'm very interested in playing the SNES game Pocky & Rocky, a cousin of mine had that and it was pretty great. Not sure about this, it doesn't look as good.
I'll definitely pick it up if both this and the SNES game release soon, I was definitely interested when ProJared and PBG made a video about it.
Oh PLEASE bring this to North America as well. The SNES cart goes for ~$90-100 on Amazon, and the sequel is even higher.
@speedyboris
We'll get it 6-12 months after Europe gets it
I'm not a fan of getting GBA versions of SNES. Give me the originals any day!
Definitely gonna get it if it shows up in North America. I want to play this badly.
@ikki5
Not necessarily, Aria of Sorrow got rated, and it still hasn't seen the light of day in PAL territories.
I'd rather have the SNES games.
Contra Advance: The Alien Wars EX was also issued a classification the other day, so that's essentially confirmed for a VC release too.
its a start, but people prefer the 2 snes games...
My deepest condolences to all who play this lifelessly unengaging, uninspired, repetitiously stale, and cheaply structured 32-bit pile of puke. It is not worthy of its Pocky & Rocky name!
Save up for Natsume's two Nintendo 16-bit Pocky & Rocky titles. At least those games are fun.
To each their own
How bout the 2 snes titles?????
I was gonna say I'd rather have the SNES titles. Looks like I'm not alone.
Hopefully the SNES games make their way sometime
I could have sworn it was Tom Nook when I saw the header picture first. I thought somebody had hacked a mystery dungeon game and put Animal Crossing characters in it.
Never heard of this game before, shooters aren't really my thing but we'll see.....
This would be fantastic, I´ve been looking for one of those expensive GBA carts for some time now. A Wii U release? Yes please!
