If you live in Europe or Australia and have recently been crying out for something else rather than last month’s charming Zelda-themed carry case on your local Club Nintendo catalogue, you’ll be pleased to know a cute and cuddly Yoshi Plush Soft Toy is now available.
This loveable little friend sports a plush polyester finish that’s ‘super-soft’ to the touch, and even comes with a life-size soft apple featuring a custard-coloured stitched vinyl base. The plush itself is approximately 19cm tall, and costs 5,000 stars if you live in Europe, or 2,800 if you’re located within Australia.

Let us know if you plan on giving this hungry Yoshi a home!

Darn you, Nintendo of America! Give me! DX
I want it...but I live in the U.S...Nintendo of America...please???
I'm so glad I held out on the Zelda case and waited. I love Zelda, but this Yoshi plush...it's too much, I NEED it. Unfortunately, I still need a few more stars to get it, so I hope it doesn't get sold out before I get enough stars (I'm already mad that Bayonetta 2 First Print Edition sold out in less than 24 hours, so I missed it).
I picked this up on Friday, my little lad should like it.
Thanks for the heads up nintendolife! I just ordered mine
not a big fan of yoshi but damn that looks cute!
No hesitation - ordered it as soon as I saw it on Friday...
Want!
What the the heck is CN in NA doing? I would spend real money on this thing. I'm sorry I just see no reason why we seem to be getting shafted over here lately.
If Denmark (or just Scandinavia) had Club Nintendo, i could enjoy this stuff as well.
Well at least we get new games to choose from tomorrow on CN NA.
I want!!!! Big Yoshi fan. Why can't Club Nintendo NA get this kind of stuff?
So I get a choice of 8 colours because I pre ordered the mk8 dlc right?
So adorable, I love plushies! I'm saving coins, but I'd throw them all at that for sure. Lucky chance for you guys!
Wow. NA never gets these cool things. Old SNES games are great and all, but after a while you kind of get sick of it.
I have 10 unused Club Nintendo codes and 1250 stars urghhh.
I hope I can get enough before it runs out.
It's adorable.
I'm sitting on 8k stars now. I'm waiting in hope that one day Nintendo will restock the 3DS game cases. Nothing else they have put up in recent times has interested me in the slightest.
@FishieFish You would need to buy 5 more games to get enough. Fortunately you have a chance of getting enough, I'm on 2950 stars so I'd need 9 games or 7 recently released games.
What a coincidence, yesterday I received my copy of Kirby's Adventure Wii, and as a result, I reached 5000 stars this morning. I was saving for the Game & Watch: Ball though..
It looks cool and all, but I hate collecting things like this. My room is a mess as it is due to all the things I have collected over the years
But I don't think I have ever registered any games other than Mario Kart 8, and that was only so I could get the free game. Don't even know how many stars I have.
I just used all the stars I will ever have on this =D It is adorable!
That would look perfect on my bookshelf next to my Sackboy plushie, especially w/ Yoshis Wooly World coming out. NOA Club Nintendo needs it.
Yoshi... why you no come to 'murica!?!? ;(
Would love to get one for the misses (she's become obsessed with Yoshi since MK8) but alas, I only have around 3000 stars
Ugghhhh everyone but NOA gets good stuff. I hate NOA club nitnendo. I have almost 2000 coins that are just sitting around doing nothing.
Just ordered this - it's pretty awesome. Don't have enough stars left for the Pikmin keychain now though, so I'll have to buy lots of games to be able to buy that too.
Finally! I was gutted to miss out on Luigi's mansion diorama but got enough stars for this
Oh well. At least NA just got more greeting cards on Club Nintendo...
Once again, NA misses out another great prize.
I really hate NOA's club Nintendo. They never give us stuff like this
My sister in Sydney is always complaining that the AUS catalogue selection sucks. She'll be pleased to see this addition.
And North America still gets crap...
The Australia catalogue has usually sucked, so... FINALLY SOMETHING WORTH GETTING!!! I've had stars laying around for ages, and unexpectedly had 500 expire wastefully without my realisation in June. This is the first ever Club Nintendo item I'll be getting, so I'm pretty excited
I had exactly 5000 stars, I now have 0 stars.
I finally just bit the bullet and ordered one off the 'Bay for cheap...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Super-Mario-Bros-Plush-Doll-Stuffed-Toy-Yoshi-with-APPLE-7-/141358176355?
@StarDust4Ever I might just have to follow your lead. This has little to no chance of coming to NOA anyway.
Well, there's another item that'll never come over to the US of A. Still pretty cool though.
Eh, am I the only one who thinks this is not worth 5000 stars here? it's a teddy, prob cost Ninty 1cent to make.
I'll hold only my 6000 stars for something better like a LE Amiibo or something. I mean like, I got the deck of cards and the gold Luigi coins and the yellow 3ds xl charger for much less.
@readyletsgo Eh, it's the best thing thing I'll probably ever be able to get, so why not?
I wish I could've snagged that coin though. It was gone by the time I checked :/
The coins were the best thing, I got 3 as they were so cheap, as I'm sure others did too.
I'd advise you to hold onto your stars and just buy a yoshi from somethere else for a fiver
It's 5000 stars...that's a bit pricey
Aaaaaaand.... US Club Nintendo still sucks.
@SuperMalleo Meanwhile...in Denmark. They don't even have a Club Nintendo
@StarDust4Ever That's a bootleg..
I think the Yoshi looks quite small, don't think it's worth it.
I don't understand why they don't sell more of these on their online store. You can buy a bunch of Nintendo plushies from Tesco Direct, but none from Nintendo themselves.
Dear Nintendo of America,
I hate you....
Sincerly,
Mus1cLov3r.
funny how everyone elses club nintendo is getting better while North America's just plan sucks now
Please come to NoA!
If only we could get this at the American Club Nintendo...
Already ordered mine. <3
Another nice prize for PAL regions? Jeez Nintendo, just shut down the American Club Nintendo already and spare us the agony.
@2Sang It's not just NOA, plenty of countries don't even have a Club Nintendo. NOE's Club Nintendo isn't amazing either, I rarely see useful stuff on the Club Nintendo shop, it's mostly wrist straps and key chains... Well, this Yoshi is the exception.
I have a yellow Yoshi plush that I like better ha
Can we get this next NOA Club Nintendo pretty please?
Edit: I'm thinking that if NOA Club Nintendo get this they might announce it with tomorrows new monthly games.
I think NoA is intentionally offering less and less as time goes on in the hopes that everyone will forget Club Nintendo exists here.
@WaLzgi feel for you there man! Must be hard to read people whining they only get 'some' of the options when you get none. =(
Here's hoping they pull something out of the bag and get something going reward wise in Denmark!
This is the sort of thing you can easy get cheap on ebay. However, you can't beat a quality clubnintendo product. My new Zelda bag, now there is a great collectors item. I'm saving up in hope of another mario kart trophy making an apperence.
When was the last time Club Nintendo America even updated their rewards? They sure don't have anything as good as this right now.
Everyone's coins will expire before NoA Club Nintendo gets anything even remotely decent. I would be all over this Yoshi plush were it available, but as it stands I'll just have to skip it. I guess I'd rather wait for a Yoshi plush styled after Yoshi's Woolly World anyway.
Why don't North America get anything that is good, We like nice things too Nintendo.
And I just ordered a Yoshi plush from Japan!
Oh well, this will be mine as well!
This is the first thibg I've ordered from Club Nintendo as of yet. I'm all about dat Yoshi.
Please Nintendo. Your USA rewards are garbage right now. Bring this to the USA!
WTF NOA?
@Whopper744
We've been getting shafted for years now. The last good reward they added was the limited edition gold nunchuk and the last time they restocked a good item was the 18 3DS game card case. They've gradually stopped restocking most of the items in the catalog. I'm sure the North American Club Nintendo program will be closing down very soon.
Meanwhile, the North American shop is practically nonexistent.
Reggie, PLEASE
Aww we get nothing over here...
The Yoshi fan in me just couldn't resist this adorable plush toy! I just redeemed 2800 of my hard-earned Stars in the Stars Catalogue. Now begins the 2-4 week wait for it to arrive!
@Sergio151 Best part about that "Mario pencil" reward is you can't even draw with it: It's downloadable content!
That´s nice but 5000 stars??!!!
I have half the amount of points needed for the yoshi plushy, hopefully it doesn't disappear anytime soon...
@readyletsgo In Australia, any amazing rarity they put on there (which is very infrequent) is gone within hours.
Really, I've been holding on to my stars for the past four years. So I won't bother saving them, because by the time anything actually worth getting comes along they'll all expire. I've happily settled on this plushie
@Intrepid You could always buy a Wooly World style Yoshi from Etsy, or even make one yourself
@SebCroc You know, I had heard of Etsy before, but I never really looked at all the stuff people make on there until now, and I must say, I'm really impressed. I might end up learning to crochet so that I can make all of these for myself. Thanks for the tip!
@Intrepid You're welcome Crochet is quite fun to do. I make plushies for my friends occasionally and they love them.
darn you American club Nintendo, why can't you have cool stuff like this or the Japanese club Nintendo?
Awww !!
Awww !!
