It's not long until Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate launches on the Nintendo 3DS in North America and Europe, and the latest trailer for the game is here to push excitement levels even higher.
The trailer focuses on Trevor's son Simon Belmont, who was the star of the first few Castlevania titles on the NES but has been re-imagined for the Lords of Shadow series as a battle-scarred barbarian warrior who hungers for information regarding his dead parents. His quest ultimately leads him to Dracula's castle, where he runs into quite a few mysterious — not to mention deadly — characters along the way.
Mirror of Fate launches on March 5th in North America and March 8th in Europe. Are you excited yet?

Tried the demo yesterday. Total fun.
eShop demo?
I had my doubts until I played the demo. I'm thinking about preordering to get the extra goodies.
It's gonna be great. And made in Spain
I loved the demo so much! I think I'll keep playing it until the game comes out!!
Very impressed with the game now I've had more chance to play it a little more. Love the visuals, the music, the combat...this is going to be a real smasher.
Wow the demo is good. Graphics are great, music/sfx are well mastered, and it is really not easy!
I will be buying this.
=first ever demo that has made me want to buy the full game!
@Zach777 Yes. Apparently Europe got the demo ahead of us!
The demo was outrageously good, I just can't wait to download the game.
Disappointed with the music wheres the themes we all love, but i do think the game is very good
I downloaded the demo but I am still not sure if I will get the game. I like it but I also want mario tennis, paper mario, lugis massion, animal crossing and RE:revelations... I have to choose 1 or 2 xD
@zenarium dont get the nintendo games first, they will be around forever, get the 3rd party releases, especiallly the m rated ones, to show the developers we are willing to but games if they live up to a high level of standered, plus the more games that arent made with kids in mind the better, not that theyre bad but they seem to be dominateing the system curently
Everyone should play that demo. WOW just wow! It looks, plays and sounds great and the game is even a challenge on easy. It still feels like Metroidvania but with amazing 3D graphics and stereoscopic effects. Buying this game day 1 for sure.
Forgot to mention: Combat is insane! I loved it.
The Demo was awesome as I feared DX
Planning to preorder the game now and can't wait to get it...
Damn Konami!!! I wanted to save up some money!!!!
I also really enjoyed the demo,
Can't decide whether to get this on day one though, will probably wait for the reviews, I still remeber getting duped by the Heroes of Ruin demo.
I loved the castlevania games on the DS and Lords of shadow which I got on sale for PS3. If I can afford it it's day one for me.
Can't say I'm excited. I never played lords of shadow but I had a look at the demo of this game and it didn't seem like anything special. It must not be my kind of game.
I was a little confused by that teaser though. I hope they're just not showing what's on the bottom screen when the necklace glows because it comes across as awkward otherwise.
At first the demo made me disappointed because it's so different to the other Castlevania games. However I warmed into it pretty quickly and will indeed be planning to pick it up. March is going to be an expensive month.
It's only the story cutscenes that are in this particular art style! Like fire emblem!
I tried the demo, seems like a pretty good game (^_^) I love the details the graphics have. I already pre-ordred it as a birthday present to me, from me.
Just completed demo: not at all bad. Will look into pre-orders now.
Well I'm in the U.S. so I STILL have to wait to play the demo. But I'm getting it regardless. I've played all the GBA and DS Castlevania games so...Konami, bring it on!
@Bejeeta ummm how i thought the demo wasn't out till the 28th?
