It's North America's turn for a bit of a catch-up with Europe in this week's Nintendo Download, but there are still a few interesting titles here that might take your fancy.
DSiWare
All-Star Air Hockey (Skyworks Interactive, 200pts) – A handheld version of the classic arcade pastime, this comes from the creators of Arcade Hoops Basketball and Arcade Bowling, neither of which have been stellar classics. Hopefully this take on the paddle game will fare better – find out in our review later this week.
Mahjong (DTP entertainment, 200pts) – There are plenty of other mahjong games on DSiWare, and sadly this isn't the best of them, as our Mahjong review points out.
myDiary (Nnooo, 200pts) – An organiser from Nnooo's myLifeCollected series, this is a pretty good app for DSi, with over 400 pages, a PIN protection feature and the ability to set an alarm as well. Make a note of our myDiary review for more information.
101 Dolphin Pets (Teyon, 500pts) – Befriend and train your very own dolphin through a range of minigames, all brought to you by the same team behind 101 Shark Pets. That game didn't turn out too well, but we'll have to wait and see if basing a pet game on a more intelligent, friendly animal will help raise the quality. Our review is on the way this week.
WiiWare
Magic Destiny (Shanblue Interactive, 500pts) – Do you want to know your future? The official blurb for Magic Destiny (known as Magic Destiny – Astrological Games in Europe) says it "mixes minigames with Astrology and helps you learn to read your future with seashells, numerology, tarot cards, palmistry and fortune cookies." Gaze into our crystal balls and our Magic Destiny review will appear, possibly along with a handsome stranger. Possibly not.
WiiWare Demos
Racers' Island: Crazy Racers (Zallag) – Any game with crazy in the title should generally set alarm bells ringing, but now you can try Zallag's island racer for nothing, then check out our Racers' Island: Crazy Racers review in case you feel like buying the full game.
Zombie Panic in Wonderland (Akaoni Studio) – A third-person shooter on WiiWare is a rarity, but one about zombies and fairytale heroines is even rare. Now you can try Akaoni's title for nothing, then read our Zombie Panic in Wonderland review for the rest of the tale.

Boooooring!
Yeah, well you got four VC games this month already. That works out to be almost one a week. Thats good considering you sometimes get two a month. Yeah, boring week though.
Greatest Mexican hat ever.
Meh... I agree with DiggerandIndy. Nothing really catches my eye.
I was interested in the air hockey till I saw it was only 1-player -- lame.
NO VEE CEE FOR YOU! Come back, (holds up index finger) one week!
Nothing for me this week... which is great news since I've got to finish Medes, Jett Rocket and Cave Story.
Might have to make Alice N Wonderland my first Wiiware Demo download in a year!
I just download all the demos anyway even if they're games I'm not interested in.
http://deadhomersociety.files.wordpress.com/2009/11/brothercanyousparetwodimes3.png Need I say more? No worthwhile downloads at all.
All I can say is, regarding Magic Destiny, it's a good thing the star signs have gone unchanged for the last few thousand years. They'd have really been screwed if someone had come along and said we'd been following the wrong lot, wouldn't they?
@ Bass X0
I do the same thing xD
I usually download every demo just to see what they offer (whether I have the game or not) but think I'l pass on Racers Island: Crazy Races. A 2? That's 1 point for each use of the word "race" in the title.
Oh! Why no Virtual Console games?
"I just download all the demos anyway even if they're games I'm not interested in."
I do the same thing. Judging from its one demo track, Crazy Racers is awful, with no originality, poor physics, and overly sensitive steering. How could they expect people to pay $10 for this over Mario Kart 64, F-Zero X, or some of the cheaper WiiWare kart racers?
MY DIARY FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know WHAT took so long, but man am I glad it is HERE! Insta-download for me.
I was on the fence about Zombie Panic in Wonderland, so I'm glad I'll get a chance to sample it finally.
Its been a long time since Monday's updates were any good, If you ask me this is a snoozefest and has been for a while.
Alright, a demo I do want to try, and it doesn't deal with racing.
Demos are always nice, but this update is pretty sad.
the air hockey one actually looks interesting. might get that one.
MyDiary is the only thing I'm interested in.
Nothing, but I have Plants vs. Zombies (and homework), so I'll live.
Another weell with nothing for me... :/
Zombie Panic in Wonderland! That's the one I'll be downloading when I get home from work.
I hope Nintendo keep demos coming and look, now we are getting 2 demos for week. I really like it. I think every single game on a console (DVD or download) should have demo.
Woah, i forgot all about my dairy ........... Yay its out!!
Only interesting thing this week are the demos.
Boring. All I have to say.
Yeah besides demos big skip week.
I am not impressed.
DSiWare - No DS
WiiWare - One of the stupidiest ideas for a WiiWare game, yet.
WiiWare Demos - One game that I already own the full version and one that's universal crud.
Virtual Console - Nothing
Conclusion: Terrible week.
