The 'hilariously' titled Penny Arcade episodic adventure game Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness has already been released on the PC/Linux, Xbox 360 and soon to be on the PS3 but is yet to be released or even be announced on the Wii through WiiWare.
The developer Hothead Studios has however talked about their desire to have the game on all major consoles in an interview with Kotaku:
"Id love to be on the platform," Ceraldi said. "It’s purely an issue of size limit. Our game is just too big. If they increase that limit or add a harddrive, anything like that we would revisit (Wii Ware)."
Hopefully it will not be too late for Hothead to go ahead with the Wii version when the storage device finally comes our way.
The Wii's storage problem is a hot topic here at NintendoLife (see previous article) and we as most Wii owners with a fondness for retro games know how much it is needed. Hopefully with this last comment coming from yet another developer Nintendo will be pushed to hurry up with their "solution", whatever it may be.
