In this guide, we'll tell you where to find Belome in the post-game, how to defeat him, and what your reward is for taking him down.

Where to find Belome in the post-game

Belome can be found in Belome Temple, in the same place you fought him in the main game for a second time. You can either fast-travel there or get there by using the Monstro Town entrance.

Don't forget, you need to have stayed at the Marrymore Hotel suite and spoken to the Frog Sage.

How to defeat Belome in the post-game

Recommended party: Mario, Geno, Peach

Belome is fairly similar to his main-game counterpart, particularly the second fight in Belome Temple. He'll occasionally eat members of your party and spit them back up, making copies of them.

The difference is that you shouldn't ignore the copies this time around. Belome will be completely immune to attacks if there's a clone on the field. so you should always prioritise taking the clones out.

That being said, this is the easiest post-game fight of the bunch, so other than dealing with the clones, Belome is very easy to deal with, despite his higher damage and occasional immunity. Just attack with Mario, Boost with Geno, and heal (if needed) with Peach. Otherwise, let her attack or use Psych Bomb.

Belome can produce more than one clone, so in those instances, either attack with Mario, or use Geno Flash to take them all out. Watch out for those AOE spells, too, and have Peach ready to heal if you need her too.

Once you manage to defeat Belome, he will give you the Sage's Stick, which is Mallow's ultimate weapon.
