Talk to the guy
He doesn't know much, but...
Ask him twice about the old case
He'll vaguely remember something.
Ask him to stay
He's tired... but you have a murder case to solve!
Show him the ID
You'll get a lead. Sort of.
Then, the bell will ring. Congratulations! You killed time!
