Petite Games' Toon Tanks is a good example of a current issue present in the Wii U eShop in North America. There have been many games released that are finished and functional, but don't contain the degree of polish that we have come to expect. Hoping its like Combat (2600)
I'm hoping its better than a 2600 game.
I wish there was something like the Tank game from WiiPlay available, with some added content and some face lifting. That was really great co-op fun, simple but immensely entertaining.
Picked this game up and I can say that the version found in Wii Play was better. At $2 it's a good enough quick play, but don't expect much replay value here. The biggest missed opportunity was that this game doesn't include a local two player co-op or versus mode.
