Review Cratermaze (Virtual Console / TurboGrafx-16)
Cratermaze is a comical action game set in a parallel world
Cratermaze started out life as a Doraemon game but presumably because the franchise wasn't known so well in its native Japan then Hudson thought that changing the sprites might make it make it more attractive to the American audience. So basically you play a little chubby dude who floats...

About The Game
Cratermaze is a comical action game set in a parallel world. While on a trip through time, you and your friends are confronted by Kublai, henchman to the evil Zenzombie. He traps your friends at separate points in the space-time continuum.
Now you must fight your way through 60 rounds of mazes to save your friends. Dinosaurs, ninjas, robots and other enemies lurk within the mazes, spanning from primitive times to the future. Escape the enemies by digging holes to trap them in and then filling the holes to finish them off.
Collect all the chests within the time limit to get the key and exit to the next round. With special items such as shovels and spring platforms, Cratermaze takes its game play to new heights, making for an unforgettable gaming experience.

For an unexplained reason!? ITS TREASURE! LOL this really could be fun if there was some multiplayer but... with the lack of user comments I think I'll save my points :/
Just one comment so far? Well, it fits the perfectly boring gameplay...even Demon212 hasn't done a review for this stinker. ^^
lol i wounder how many people have actually downloaded this title?
Holy crap! people actually wrote comments for this game???
This game isn't that bad. I actually enjoy it from time to time. It's just not one I find myself longing to play very often.
The lack of reviews accurately emphasises my disinterest in this game.
Think about games also available like Gunstar Heroes; Super Mario World; F-Zero X. Aaaaaaaaaaaaand g'night.
I shed a tear for Doraemon. Hahaha! Oh well...
Who knows? Perhaps if they had left him in, a cartoon phenomenon might have sparked in the US.
I mean, look at Pokémon - the franchise began as a game, but a cartoon followed. Alternate reality.
