News Star Fox 2 Made Its Debut On The SNES Classic Console Five Years Ago
You can now play it on the Switch Online service
The Star Fox series has been a staple of Nintendo systems since the Super Nintendo era, but there was one game in the series that went missing during this generation - Star Fox 2. While the game was mostly ready to go by 1995, by then PlayStation had entered the market and the N64 was just around the...
Poll What's The Best Star Fox Game?
Okay, what's the SECOND best Star Fox game, then?
You hear that? That is the sound of a 25-year-old 64-bit Arwing firing up its turbo boosters as Lylat Wars fast approaches its quarter-century. (Yes, Lylat Wars -- look it up, kids.) To say that the Star Fox franchise never got better than its first sequel isn't too controversial these days. The...

Talking Point What Are You Playing This Weekend? (June 1st)
Here are our picks, but what are yours?

News Star Fox 2 Set To Be The 19th SNES Title To Sell A Million (Kind Of)
27 years after the console launched
Star Fox 2 may be arriving decades after the glory days of the SNES, but (depending on your perspective) it's on course to become the console's 19th million-selling game. Sure, it's not a "proper" release as it comes pre-loaded on the SNES Classic Mini alongside 20 other titles (some of which, it should be noted,...

One of the greatest game that nobody has played
Why not just release it if it's so close to completion? Musicians regularly release free songs and demos to fans with the understanding that they are not getting perfect sound, imperfect tracks, etc. Sometimes this work turns out to be really great like Machina II from the Smashing Pumpkins that was actually far superior to the product the band asked you to pay for...
