Topic: Your Opinion On Super Mario Galaxy.

More of a Sonic fanboy back in the day, not a Mario fanboy, Galaxy just didn't seem as good to me as Mario 64, but that is just my opinion, I wouldn't rate Galaxy higher than Little Kings Story which I would say is a 9.5, an 8.5 for Galaxy I think is a very good and fair score.

Actually Super Mario Galaxy is my LEAST favorite Mario title, but if you liked SM64 and hated Sunshine, you'll probably like it. For me, SM64 was fun, but not worth its high position. Super Mario Sunshine is underrated. Super Mario Galaxy is just boring at times, and way too long. There was a time near the end I was forcing myself to play just to get through the game. I don't understand how people think it's so amazing, when it has more gimmicky crap than Sunshine. The camera angles are better, but not fixed. The fetch-quest makes its most boring return ever. The game is just too long for its own good.

And then there's Spring Mario. I don't think I need to say anymore about that one.

8.5/10 A great game, but not the best, and DEFINITELY not worth 10/10

Super Mario Galaxy is by far the best 3-D Mario ever. Blowing Sunshine and 64 out of the water both control wise and graphics wise, the entire adventure is filled with more unique level designs and power-ups of complete creativity that make this Mario experience to die for.

And I cannot wait for the sequel!

My opinion? Greatest 3-D platforming game of all time. No contest.

It's definitely worth a rent, although not if you've never played SM64, which should be bought instead of renting Galaxy in that case.

Because really, who wants to pay 5-6 times as much, as you could get a vastly superior game for?

Fun, I've got every (242) star in the game. BUT it's really overrated, I mean it's certainly good but not perfect...

If you happen to like Mario games, then go for it. Technically it is a really good achievement for the Wii, and a fun game to play. Note that all the worlds are rather small.

I beat this game 4 times, it's that awesome. Make the stages a bit bigger and that would be perfect for me.

From the looks of the Galaxy 2 trailer it looks the the worlds ARE going to be bigger
