Topic: Wipeout style futuristic racing games for Wii?

Sonic Riders is utter rubbish! Why is Sonic using a board when he can go 10x faster than it anyways? Don't make no sense!

There aren't many (if not no) futuristic racing games out there on the Wii. Someone needs to make one, its an untapped market on the Wii so far. :/

Speed Racer scapes a 7/10 in most ratings. Its based on the a film but is surprisingly good. I used to own it myself.

It is quite old but Extreme G3 was a very good futuristic racer on the Gamecube. Not as good as F-zero GX but it does have some great track design and a terrific sensation of speed.

I'm really hoping that Nintendo release a F-Zero game for the Wii. Every other series has come around, so I hope there's still time before the end of the generation.
