Wii Music. Not because it's a bad game, but because I expected more, and I paid $50 for it. I wanted there to be more pieces to conduct in the Wii Maestro section. That was great. Still, it wasn't a bad purchase, just not $50 IMO. Also, I feel I should mention Super Mario Galaxy greatly disappointed me. Though I don't regret purchasing it, I just didn't like it all that much. Luckily I got that one somewhat cheap at $25.

Wii Music is O.K., but the real letdown of that game is that you can't even make your own songs.
@grenworthshero Check out the Wii Music thread in the Wii forum...there's a small group of us enjoying the game and collaborating on things...it might open your eyes to some cool things you can do with the game.
@AlexSays I loved de Blob! I just didn't get the chance to finish it as I'm distracted with some other releases now. Really enjoyed it, though...barring the few times I'd get stuck somewhere and unable to move. Slightly buggy, I guess...but I did really appreciate the game as a whole.
I would say Sonic and the Secret Rings, but that game was given to me. It's not that I don't like the game, but that I'm terrible at games that make you steer by tilting the wii remote. Also, I regret buying Battle of the Bands. The only reason I've kept it is because of the music player in it.

I've been there, and read most of the stuff on it, but still, I was disappointed by the music choices, and VERY few games are worth $50 in my opinion. SSBB is one of them.
Animal Crossing City Folk... ugh, a very small game. Metroid Prime 3. I don't really regret buying this but now that Metroid Prime Trilogy is coming out why do i need this game?
Anytime soemone starts a thread liek this on any site I am always dumbfounded by the punters who didn't like or "get" Mario Galaxy, its gaming nirvana!
I've been very careful with my purchases ad as a result I dont really regret any of them with the possible exception of the original boom blox, I was very keen to try it, waited a long time and still ended up playing a lot for it only to be slightly disappointed by it. it grew boring in single player mode and the difficulty curve just seemed to go through the roof at one point.
De Blob was the total opposite, was always on the list, got it dirt cheap, kinda didn't like it ad thought about passing it on but I persevered and as it went on it became more and more compelling. saving those Raydians became a big deal!
Transformers Revenge of the Fallen,Transformers the Game, Onechanbra Bikini Zombie Slayers,Nights Journey into Dreams,i think theres on other but i cannot remember it
Retail Super Paper Mario - I loved world one and really loved world three--those were some of the best times I've had with 2D platforming. Everything else, though, not so much. Lots of puzzles that wanted to be clever but were just very tedious, and once I got past 25 or so HP I never felt challenged by any of the enemies. The entertaining personalities of Francis and Luvbi are wonderful highlights of SPM, though, and if you're a gamer who highly values story then I wouldn't necessarily recommend against playing this game. I'm just not that type.
Edit: And I see an equivalent thread in the WiiWare forum, but not a Virtual Console one, so:
Virtual Console Bonk's Revenge - This sequel is better than Bonk's Adventure and I don't regret BA, but that's because it was a necessary purchase. I usually like 2D platformers, so so at least the first game helped me get rid of the feeling that I'd been missing out on something all my life. With Bonk's Revenge, I don't have that excuse. After not liking the first game, it was just a lapse of judgment to buy the second and think I'd suddenly like everything.
