did you guys know you cant do anything in this game unless you grind some levels in the first area of the game, going back to town after every encounter to heal? this is sadistic!
No, that's status quo. It gets easier as you go, not harder, so long as you keep your levels up. I honesly died more times in Final Fantasy 4 than Phantasy Star.
1080 Snowboarding: Controls are terrible, tricks are hard to pull off and very hard to land "smoothly" after a jump. Courses are cluttered with all kinds of **** making it harder to navigate through the course without flipping out and "dieing."
I should not that 1080 Snowboardings "problems" are par for the course. You either get it or you don't. I don't get it, but my friends did. They could do some pretty cool stuff once they got the hang of it.

Tip: The enemies in the little forest inside the Gates are easier than those outside. It's easy to miss, so I thought I'd let you know if you don't already. No, that's status quo. I'm not giving up in the game yet.. ill keep leveling up until i can survive
