I know someone posted this in the forums somewhere already so I'd appreciate a link. Also I want to know who's going to review the games for uDraw? They look simple enough for someone to get a good idea of all three titles within a couple of weeks' play.

I like that the music in the commercial for the tablet is the hook from Express Yourself by N.W.A...

Its on my radar too

Bought uDraw and I am having a nice bit of fun with it. It isn't lighting my world on fire, but I've always love to try new input devices.

I own the tablet with uDraw Studio and I purchased Dood's Big Adventure (plan on getting Pictionary at a later date). My impressions:

uDraw Studio: The best of the two. This is great for the artistically inclined. The interface for drawing is quite intuitive and you have a wide selection of brush styles to choose from. You can even save your drawings to SD cards. It is a simple drawing title though and won't even give a game as old as Mario Paint a run for it's money, still I had some good fun just doodling and experimenting with brush types.

Dood's Big Adventure: The only actual "gamey" game in the uDraw library of a measely three titles thus far. Dood contains elements of Drawn to Life within a handful of platform style games that include a hop-n-bop where you move the character with the stylus, levels where your encased in a bubble that you have to move pass obstacles, levels where you're encased in a ball and have to tilt the tablet in Sonic inspired enviornments, and levels where the character is inflated like a balloon and you use the stylus as a fan to guide him.

The problem I have is with the doodle programs. If you tried creating a Rabbid in Rabbids go Home, Dood's user creation aspects are similar but more limiting. Like Drawn to Life, you can create various background elements, enemies, and even the hero himself from an assortment of art tools. Unfortunately, they are mostly limited to stamps. I found problems with even drawing straight lines. Another thing is that with the gameplay and art program being so simplistic, one even using tilt, the stock wiimote and nunchuck could've been used to play the game but then THQ would have less stuff to market uDraw with.

I'm not the game's target demographic as but I still had quite a bit of fun despite the issues. I was ready to dismiss it as shovelware until I got some creative juices flowing and stuck with the levels that were fun (like the aforementioned tilt game).

While I am really happy to have uDraw, some may find the device a little redundant with a perfectly capable pointer for the system already and a stylus driven portable. I personally love it. With uDraw Studio there is something satisfying and relaxing about drawing on the TV using a nice smooth tablet.

I was looking at this at Wal-mart the other day and it looks amazing. A girl I work with says her daughters love it and was talking to me about a few games. It's something I was considering getting. My little boy is about to be two. I thought it might be something that I can sit down and let him draw around on it (just not with crayons lol) just to see the results on the TV. Wouldn't be something he could use without adult supervision though. =P
