I was wondering if the game gets harder after you get the master sword. I am in Arbiter's Grounds and I haven't found it too challengeing so far.

I want All-Stars for VC.

Adam

Nope

Come on, friends,
To the bear arcades again.

TheBeyond

Aww. I was hoping it would at least be as hard as OoT.

It gets a little bit trickier (me and the sky temple didn't always get along), but it's not nearly as hard as OoT ever.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.

the peak in difficulty is the statue puzzle right before you get into the temple of time.

I actually lucked out the got this one in only a few minutes. I had no idea what I was doing, but it worked out either way.

I also had a hard time in the room with the blocks you slide in the yeti's house. That took me around 15 minutes of pushing them around before I realized what I had to do, and I had a hard time figuring out what to do in the main room in the sky temple before you can go through the north door.
Other than these three tough to figure out areas, the game is pretty damn easy. The cave of ordeals is pretty damn hard, but if you have all 4 bottles and 100 arrows/magic armor it isn't to bad. But then again, the cave of ordeals isn't required to beat the game.
I just beat the game for the first time 5 minutes ago, and have to say that this was one of the best games I have ever played in my life. It's right up there with Super Mario Galaxy, LOZ OOT, LOZ WW.

It is. OoT wasn't exactly a challenging game either.

I think it gets easier after you get the sword. The best part comes after you get the sword, though. The very cool Ganondorf finale!

I've actually just started replaying the game after I let it sit dormant for a couple of years, and I don't care that much about how challenging it is, but I simply enjoy it as a fun romp - that is some thirty hours long. I still place it as my favorite Zelda game so far. What some people see as detracting - the semi-mix of OoT and LttP - I actually quite like. Wind Waker is a close second... if only those boat rides had been made a bit less boring.

I think it's about on that same level (then again, I never found OoT to be all that challenging either). The Sky Temple is very tricky, and I found the Snow Mansion place to be rather challenging as well. That game was more about the experience for me. I didn't find it overly challenging, but I just really enjoyed the whole experience of the game.

How long does TP usually take people? I didn't use a faq at all, and it took me 55 hours. I didn't find all the poes (only a little more than half of them) or all the bugs (only found 11), but I got all other items in the game (I think), and almost all the heart pieces. I spent a lot of time finding money to pay for the bridge/shop and to donate to the man in castletown.
Either way, one of the greatest games ever. I'm going to replay it on the Wii (I played the GC version the first time around) a month before the new Zelda comes out.

Maybe some difficult puzzles, but you won't find any enemies that will be challenging. Especially the bosses. They're incredible, but so easy.

If you can't see the difference, try the 3-heart challenge on both games. OoT is harder.

Does the Master Sword ever act as a projectile weapon in this game like it did in A Link To The Past?

Wow, I've never even heard of the three-heart-challenge. That sounds like a blast--but can it even be done in TP? In one dungeon I actually forgot to grab the heart piece and the postman delivered it to me...although now that I think about it that might have been Phantom Hourglass.

No...

That's good to hear, I was hoping it wasn't a huge step down in difficulty from an already relatively easy game.

Chucko

Snowpeak ruins was the toughest IMO.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, would you kindly?

irken004

I HATED the puzzle that needed to be solved in order to receive the Master Sword. I had to use a gamefaq to solve it

Other than that part, the rest of the game is fairly easy.
