For those of you who know, when it asks you to pick how many rounds per event you want in tournaments and majors and then it says u cant change after u pick, i am wondering how long a round actually does take in minutes so i can decide which number of rounds to pick. Any suggestions guys? I was thinking 2 rounds for tourneys and 2 rounds for the majors. Not sure if thats going to take too long or too short though. Im looking towards 30-45 minutes for playing stretches i think, not going to play the same mode/game for more than an hour i dont think. Please help if you can

Personally I stuck with the default 4 rounds, that's how golf is played so I wasn't gonna mess with it. By the time you're on the fourth round you'll know the course so well you'll be hitting 9 under or better. Pwnage!
Hmmm, so for you machu it would take over 2 hours to complete a full game? I also hear that if you save in the middle of a round or don't finish the full game, you can't play any other mode/multiplayer game until you complete it.
I think i might do 1 based on what liquid has said about 1 taking 30-45 minutes, and then for majors maybe i'll do 2.
yeah it definitely takes a while....playing a 4-player match is definitely an investment, but the gameplay makes it fly by.
Well, the first few rounds anyway. I haven't ever used the save-during-round features, but we all play with Advanced Swing now (no after-touch control, less guides, no putt preview, etc.) and hold A after we hit (same as speed mode I think) and 4-player rounds can be finished in under 2 hours, which isn't too bad. Also, I've been playing 4-player tourneys solo. Taking the same shot 4 times in a row is good practice, albeit hard to do very often (gets pretty boring after a few holes...but skill building isn't always fun!)

@Dadun: Woah I never said I did all four rounds at once, two at most. And it takes me about 40 minutes to complete a round. If you just have one round in a calendar event and fudge it, that's it! Unless you want to retry it (I'm not into all that), in which case you could end up playing it four times anyway. I have an ok round, then a better round, and the last two days your settled and can get a lead or catch up if need be. Plus I want as much golf as possible to grind them stats up. Up to you of course, but there's really no rush dude, it's golf.
Has anybody else seen any hackers on Tiger? Was just about to start the Daily Competition and noticed that yesterdays winner finished at -54. That's through 18 holes remember, so it must be nearly a hole in one on every hole, impossible!
