No, the remaining slots are filled with AI. Texas Hold 'Em has to have at least 6 players to start a table in a tourney. The actual tourneys require 6 REAL people too, so match wait times can get long...
The way blinds work in THE, 2-player would be unfair and annoying.
@longtimegamer Your FC for THE says it's invalid. And just an FYI to everyone in this room, the FC will look like it's pending until both of you are online in-game at the same time after registering eachother...

By the way, what happened on that last game that I played with you? You and 3 others turned grey like you would when your leaving a game. Then you guys came back and had your arms crossed. Noone would play so I left, trying to see if I could come back in like that. I had this happen before and suddenly people started to play again, but I couldn't see my 2 cards at the side for awhile. Saw one later, then both, I believe, after I was ou of that hand.
Also there are times when I'll get 6 people for a game and they'll all disappear at once before we can get brought to the game room. Guess someone need to tell Digital Leasure about it and hopefully they'll fix it.
Haha my opponent just lasted two hands. First one he folded, I won the hand against AI. Second one he all'd in before the flop. I had an A and K, so I called. Flop was Ace King King. Full house booya.
