I've never really been a huge gamer. I still play my Sega and NES and occasionally break out the 64 for some Perfect Dark action, but that's about it. I've been meaning to get a Wii for a while now- just to wind down with a beer or two after work- and I snagged one a few days ago for a good price. Dizzamn, I'm addicted.
It came with Super Mario Galaxy, and I got Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Kart, Boom Blox Bash Party, Excitebots, Okami, Twilight Princess, Super Paper Mario, and Metroid Prime 3. I haven't played all of them yet, 'cause Excitebots and Galaxy are keeping me busy. EDIT: oh yeah, and Mario Kart online... I can't stop playing it >.<
I like fun, addictive multiplayer games (any genre, really) and immersive adventure/RPGs. What are some good games? Muramasa looks awesome- eeeeek, might have to get that soon.

I got Prime 3 on ebay for $12. If I dig it, I'll probably end up getting Trilogy.
Your question's a tough one for other people to answer, because your preferences are yours. In general, letting us know what kinds of games you like and perhaps naming a few of your previous favourites would help others with similar tastes give you their kindred opinions.
Have a look through our review section, and don't forget about WiiWare and Virtual Console, too. There are LOT of quality games out there to play on your new Wii - but there are also many clunkers. Doing a bit of research in addition to taking recommendations will help you navigate through the clutter.
With the games you have i prefer to not recommend any new one for now. I sugest you to play all of them and when you get bored, look for something else.

Wii Sports Resort. This is not only fun by yourself, but I know my girlfriend and I still come back every so often and play the sword fighting and frisbee golf. WSR is a must-own, if you have a wii, so you can fool around with the Wii Motion +.

WarioWare is really fun with friends, if you do the microgames in a "perverted" way. And you should have gotten Metroid Prime Trilogy instead of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, since all 3 Metroid Prime games are in Metroid Prime Trilogy.
