Was there an update that changed your VC color levels... ? Mine has alot more blue colors in the screens now when i boot up the Wii... Which is strange because HD Cable TV and Xbox360 look awesome... Just the Wii is more blue now?

Stark- Throw on some hot rod red...

Jarvis- Yes, that will help you keep a low profile...

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying here. Are you saying all of your VC games look more blue now? What games look more blue?

Everything that is on the Wii is more blue since last week... All games , Internet, Netflix, VC games, Wii shop menus everything etc.

When i shut off the Wii ... the TV is back to normal colors ... its just odd to me

Hmm, that's strange. Unless you downloaded a system update recently I don't think an update would be the cause.

have you tried all of the usual problem solvers like checking the cables and switching your wii off for a while.
there`s always the small possibility that nintendo may have changed the colour pallete on a few things in the last update, which might be unnoticed by most. but i can`t see how it would affect your vc games though.

Sounds like something with your cables or the connection between the Wii and the TV.

1) Check to make sure all cables are snugly connected to both your TV and Wii. Make sure all of the colors on your cables match the colors on the TV input jacks.

2) If that doesn't fix the problem, try connecting to a different input on your TV, if you have multiple ones. Maybe there's something wrong with that one jack.

3) If THAT doesn't work, try a different set of cables.

4) If that doesn't work, check the brightness/color/picture settings on your TV. Do they change when you switch to the Wii's input? If they do, put them back to normal. Alternatively, can you just fiddle with them a bit to get the picture you want?

5) If you have a second TV, see if you can get the Wii working on it. This could confirm if the TV or the Wii is the problem. If your Wii's still looking blue, it's time to call the big N. Something is probably wrong with it.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.
