Something that we won't get for two years afterward. Bomberman NES, perhaps?

Hopefully Yoshi's Island, as that's one of the remaining must have Nintendo published games to be released anywhere. Of course the milestone thing really only seems to be pushed in North America, so it might not be anything special.

Future Wii purchases:
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Metroid: Other M
Zelda Wii
New Super Mario Bros. Wii
Sin and Punishment 2

@Rapadash6: Japan got Kirby Super Stars as the 500th title.

These could happen:
Earthbound: Now let me explain here. This is Japan, so legal issues most likely do not apply here. With an Japanese release, we could see hope of a Virtual Console release elsewhere, even if it isn't much of a chance.

Yoshi's Island: They'll probably finally get into Super FX games with this one.

Star Fox: Or this one.

A 3rd party Nintendo 64 game: This would be an great surprise title for the Virtual Console. Possible candiates include Mega Man 64 and Bomberman 64.

Japanese-only import game: Probably something we haven't seen on in our shore yet.

Since I don't live in Japan, I really can't give an very likely prediction. This is the best I can do.
