I love how I can't even attempt to take myself seriously when it comes to Heavenly Star. I don't like pop, but I liked it for some reason.
if Shinobu and Henry do return, I'm looking forward to hearing remixes of "Season of the Samurai" and especially "We Are Finally Cowboys". And of course, the theme for the true ending was one of the main reasons I downloaded the soundtrack.
...I think I;m gonna listen to Heavenly Star now. Don't judge me!!
I use the same username on TVTropes and youtube. look me up!
My virginity is one thing, but I can't let the pedophiles have my Wii FriendCode®
Wow, someone else noticed that song? I LOVE Heavenly Star. I loved it so much I bought Genki Rockets' album. It's the girliest music ever, but it's awesome.
This song IS No More Heroes. Don't know how many times I listened to it while Trav was chillin' and I was making a cup of tea. Awesome! I hope there's more music vidz in the next one.
Listen to it one time and you'll sing the song the entire day. I too have found myself listening to it many times when playing No More Heroes, back when I used to have a DS I put on that song while playing some games. 'Twas awesome.
Hey ****heads! Best competition ever! The link provided by IGN and other sites isn't working for some reason but I don't care right now. I love designing stuff, and I love No More Heroes, best competition ever!
Oh, yeah, I forgot, of course those of you in Europe would notice Heavenly Star, there's a music video you can watch on Travis' TV. Here in the US all we have is the original trailer for the game. The Heavenly Star music video isn't in the game, the song is just played when you go to Beef Head Video.
Halle****inglujah! Ahahahahaha! Have you seen the lil 'thing' representing your battery charge in the IGN demo, I laughed out loud. I can't wait for this ****ing game and so wish I wasn't ****ing editing myself whilst talking about this m'f'in' awesome sequel. It's not right!
**** my broken Wii and Zeldroid I'm playing NMH again. ****head!
The footage with red bits from IGN does look very enticing, though I expect to get black bits again. At least they look better than the old black bits, I suppose. I'm gonna watch that trailer again now, those mini-games look so cute!!!
Where's the awesome NMH2 trailer reaction love?!? Bring it!
I can't wait for this one. There's ALOT of good games coming out within the rest of the year and all of 2010. Scribblenauts (not wii, but crap it looks fun) Other M Red Steel 2 NMH2 Monster Hunter 3 NSMBW Mario Galaxy 2 Etc.
The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.
That is an awesome trailer. My favourite part of NMH is the scene before you fight the final boss (not the secret one) Fast forward lol
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.
It's nice seeing Suda take a big part in marketing this, he suplex'd a guy in the toilet for Travis' sake. Awesome! And the voice over was funny too. Glad we got one line of Japanese from the man, and at the perfect moment.
That long blade looks a bit odd, doubt I'll be using that much, except for maybe assassination missions if they're still in there. What surprised me most is, I think this game might have bigger balls than the first. Woah!
Didn't realize there was another topic for it, I don't post often enough to notice these things.
If only we could have had a search option to find out :<
There he goes, Firkraag. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die. - My VGscore
Indeed. Check out the demo footage on IGN, I linked to it up there somewhere, looks awesome and even more shocking than the first game. Definitely NOT FOR KIDS!
the 2D jobs are phenomenal. I did a back flip when I saw those and I've never done a back flip in my life. I'm not gonna lie, this job system seems like a lot more fun and offers a lot more replay value in my opinion. Personally, I think the 2D job system in such an eclectic game just proves Suda's genious.
