Mario Kart Wii January/February Competitions Cup

Now it´s time to show some interest in participating in the Jan/Feb Competition. For those of you unfamiliar with the concept, here goes..
We compete in the twice a month competitions presented by Nintendo. Competitions is the EU name for US Tournaments. I sum up the scores that gives as we were actually competing live, we just compare our best posted times and get scores as if we were racin in realtime. (15,12,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0) To be able to see each others times we need to exchange friendcodes. All you have to do is exchange friendcode with me but for greater fun it´s better to add as many of the competitors as you can.

January 1 Competition

Race a time trial around Delfino Pier. The trick is to find a fast route around the stage. Maybe it´s not such a good idea to go the same way on every lap.

January 2 Competition

Clear all the gates in order on GCN DK Mountain. Careening down the mountain was always fun, but weaving through the gates makes this one a blast.

February 1 Competition

N64 Sherbet Land is the setting for a chilly VS. Race. Penguins have come to watch the race, but keep your eye on the course or else you´ll be left in the dust!

@plasticcoated: I´ll add your fc in a couple of hours.
@ChronoCross: Read post 1, this is only a competitions/tournaments competition. It will be hard for you to bring a friend as we don´t race in realtime. If your friend is a "regular" nintendolife reader he is welcome to post his fc here. Have you changed mkw friendcode. Had you added before with a different fc.

I am an very good Mario Kart Wii racer and I will show off my skill to the world! Or at least Nintendo Life.

However, there is a slight problem with February 1st and 2nd. They are Monday and Tuesday, which means we will have difficult time recurting people in. Unless this is hosted by Nintendo, I suggest changing the date to the Friday after and Saturday after or Friday before and Saturday before.

Another minor complaints. Where is Machu's Friend Code? And who is the third person particapating?

Also, are we racing against each other or doing it in Time Racing?

im in. it was a rough start for me last tourny, too much crap, popped up this time im ALL IN! one question though mange? how the hell you do 1:23 fastist i get is 1:38 and thats with the bridge short cut

@hoodtrix: My question goes to invmat (rick) and sds (that still has not showed up in this thread) how they do it 10 seconds faster than me If anything I try to shoot those goombas, they give a mushroom if hit.
