I need to replay this. One of the best games I've played in recent times. Awesome!!
@Mickeymac/V8 Ninja: Dudes!? D: Don't tell yourself that, please. Try it, and you will be pleasantly surprised.
It's not my kinda game, though. Nothing about it appeals to me. Nothing from what I've read sounds good. Nothing from what I've seen looks good. Sure, you never know until you try it, but I don't really feel like spending $15 on a game that I'm not sure I'll like. You know what I can spend $15 on? Sonic 4. I know I'll like that.
Well glad to see some people got this game. Enjoy guys. It really is great. Sorry to those that don't want to give it a chance. I would say your missing out but then there are certain genres many of us just dont like, no matter how much people tell us otherwise.
As long as the game is good I don't care about the genres. I know ill like this game but missed out on the deal. Oh well ill still get this at a good price anyways!

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
I got this game when it first came out and I absolutely loved it. If you can't tell, I still do. It may not be for everyone but it is indeed a very fine game and well worth picking up. Too bad that the deal is already over but I'm sure that this game can still be found for a very good price. If you are looking for a quality Wii title then I strongly recommend giving this game a try.

Good choice on Sonic 4.
It's true, LKS doesn't look that appealing, and at first I didn't think much of it. The strategy was pretty good, and the humour was amusing enough. The odd thing is... well, this is a really odd game. It takes a bit of fridge logic, but it's actually a very dark game - counter-intuitive to the cutesy veneer.
I wondered why this game has a T rating. I figured it out. At times it makes me think that I'm the evil world dominating barsteward, or maybe even an oblivious puppet of that strange Bull Knight guy. He talks about uniting the world; and then he shows a real megalomania streak. The other kingdoms seem to be fairly peace-loving until you invade and conquer - at least, they never take initiative and invade you. Then there's the polygamy. You get numerous trophy wives as a result of successful conquests. Then there's the masses of adoring citizens who will willingly or unwillingly go their deaths for you. (Some of them even shout "I hate you!" if you send them off cliffs or into the sea. Worse still is that some others say "I love you!" when you do that to them. o_o)
And the clear themes of genocide, globalisation, mass urban expansion, a medieval attitude towards religion and science, forced marriages, human breeding, lack of respect for life, complete lack of diplomacy, bestowing dictatorial power by arbitrary means, etc. etc. etc.
I love its subtle controversy. It creeps up on you. You really have to think about it once you've had a long session of playing. And then it hits you how maniacal this game and its characters are.
That's probably not enough for you to buy the game, but at least it's one aspect of the game that's unexpected which I think you might appreciate.
