I got bored of it about two days after putting it in. The Wii Sports games just aren't for me; the same happened for the first Wii Sports as well.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
I haven't bought it, but I'm pretty sure my little brother wants it and will probably get it for Christmas. However, I predict I'll get bored within the first five minutes just like the original .
I still love it, from the Frisbee Golf, to flying around the island, to the swordplay sections, to many other parts. It's a great game to just pop in for 30 minutes anytime, and you'll probably get a little bit of exercise while you're at it.
By the way, 100-pin bowling, in teams mode, was an enormous hit with the family at Thanksgiving. My grandparents were the ones who kept demanding yet another match, so that we all played a video game for several hours straight. Now, my grandparents already have a Wii that they went out and bought about a year ago, but they were clearly amazed by the new 100-pin + teams options in WSR, as well as the improved controls.

It is the kind of game you play in short bursts over a long period of time so while you won't play it several hours straight you may find yourself coming back to it frequently
