Topic: Did you (or will you) still keep your Gamecube after you got a Wii?

I still have my GameCube. I dont like selling consoles even if i dont play it, that includes my crappy CD-i.

Whoah. Don't mention CDi to Miyamoto. It ruined Zelda. He'd have an insanity moment. Have you seen it on youtube.

I sold my Gamecube in early 2006 because I was going to get a Wii.

I actually got a gamecube a while after I got my wii. My friend bought one then realized he didn't want it, so he gave it to me.

as soon as i got my wii i traded in my gamecube 4 wii points

I used to have a gamecube i traded back a few games but i kept 2 of them. now i have to bring back the games i like from the gamecube.but i still own a wii

I sold my Gamecube, all of my games, and my controllers. It paid for my Wii, some controllers, and a few of my games. I was a happy camper.

I traded in mine and all my games years before I got my Wii, and now look at me, I'm fine! (Twitches)

Mine is now a book-end. And I must say it does a very good job, it's even got a useful handle if need be.

I do miss the GUI tho', imagine if the Wii menu was all 3D n cool like that, that'd be real nice.

Yup! I still own my GCN!

I use it to boot up my American GCN games with the Freeloader.

(Shakes his fists at Nintendo for Locking out his many freeloader discs...)

I still have my Gamecube even though I rarely use it, I keep it for my Nintendo collection.

Even if I wanted to sell my Gamecube, which I don't, I couldn't. The thing stopped reading discs about a month before the Wii launched

I've never sold a game console in my life and I never will, so my Cube stays put. I still have a backlog of games to play, and I have yet to even put a Cube game in my Wii at all.

I kept mine, not only because I don't ever plan on selling any of my consoles (My mom sold my Genesis when I was a kid and it scarred me for life ... I had, like, 30 games including Haunting Starring Polterguy and Toki: Going Ape Spit!), but because my action replay won't work on the Wii

i still keep them just because there in fact still good games to this game

lost my gamecube in a house fire. i did save my wii and collectibles though. i was running out of our burning house screaming " i need to save my wii". now thats hardcore. but anyway my gamecube had a gameboy player on it. how i miss it....

I had no purpose in keeping my GCN, so yeah I took it in at Gamestop and got some game for it.
