I'm surprised how much I am liking old school shooters on the VC, from Life Force, Solider Blade, to Lords Of Thunder I am interested to see if there are more VC games that are as endearing as these .

When all of these games were released on their exact VC Mondays:
Zelda ALTTP, Zelda OoT, DKC2 & DKC3, Pokemon Snap & Pokemon Puzzle League, Mario Golf, Castlevania III Dracula's Curse, Super Punch-Out, & Zelda MM!
And I believe that's all in the order I remember them coming out too; and around the time I eventually got them all... except Mario Golf which I still don't have!

Neutopia, Lolo, and StarTropics were surprisingly good, and I surprised myself by prefering Ocarina of Time over Twilight Princess after I finished it.

F-Zero X. I remember being rubbish at it when I used to play it on the N64, but when I bought it again on the VC (I don't know why?) I enjoy it much more than I remember.

The biggest surprise is the complete lack of an Virtual Console game on July 20, 2009. Seriously, nobody saw that coming.

Yeah yeah yeah, we know... go get over that already!

I'm still surprised that Secret of Mana came out on the VC at all!

It's not because it's such a good, classic SNES RPG that I already own and love, but more for the fact that Squeenix released it on the VC, almost guaranteeing that it won't be remade for the DS, PSP, etc someday.
