I'm surprised how much I am liking old school shooters on the VC, from Life Force, Solider Blade, to Lords Of Thunder I am interested to see if there are more VC games that are as endearing as these .
When all of these games were released on their exact VC Mondays: Zelda ALTTP, Zelda OoT, DKC2 & DKC3, Pokemon Snap & Pokemon Puzzle League, Mario Golf, Castlevania III Dracula's Curse, Super Punch-Out, & Zelda MM! And I believe that's all in the order I remember them coming out too; and around the time I eventually got them all... except Mario Golf which I still don't have!
Neutopia, Lolo, and StarTropics were surprisingly good, and I surprised myself by prefering Ocarina of Time over Twilight Princess after I finished it.
F-Zero X. I remember being rubbish at it when I used to play it on the N64, but when I bought it again on the VC (I don't know why?) I enjoy it much more than I remember.
I'm still surprised that Secret of Mana came out on the VC at all!
It's not because it's such a good, classic SNES RPG that I already own and love, but more for the fact that Squeenix released it on the VC, almost guaranteeing that it won't be remade for the DS, PSP, etc someday.
