It's definitely gone here as well. But I can confirm that: 1. it's still on the Wii Shop server and 2. it still works.
Unlike Crunchyroll where it's still available for download yet hasn't worked for months now.
Three ideas you can try:
-If you downloaded it once, you can still access its Shop page in the 'Previously downloaded' tab.
-Something I have never tried but apparently because the page exists; you simply can't access it on the Shop UI, you could use homebrew to launch the Wii Shop Channel with arguments.
I don't know of any existing homebrew that can do this, but if you know just a little about programming you could compile an existing app with the needed function(it is already built into the library) you just call WII_LaunchTitleWithArgs(); and you need to know the title id.
You can find a full example at the end of this page: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wii_Shop_Channel
If you never downloaded it, unfortunately even though these are free titles, they are not "free" in the sense that you can use NUSD to legit make a wad to install.
-The last recommendation would be to illegally download a fakesigned wad to install with homebrew.
I would not recommend this since it isn't a "pure" copy of the title, which you can still technically get.
