When I try to open apps, like Settings, loading screen pops up, music plays, but when the app normally opens, this time the music keeps on playing and then the console just freezes! Power off, new try... and nothing has changed! I even sent it to repair, they said they had fixed the problem... I guess they didn't...
Does anyone know what this problem is and can I fix it by myself?
