To be honest anything but New Super Mario Bros. Mii.... If they were included in the package that would be really cool.
This. NSMB was already the most uncreative Mario like...ever, I'd rather not see a 3rd game that people will buy instead of a Little King's Story or Excitebots.
They'd be crazy to not make the tech demos a free game after Wii Sports.
Uncreative means it's less fun? I loved New Super Mario Bros. Wii. It was like the perfect throwback to Super Mario Bros. 3, with Yoshi added as a bonus,

that's the nice way to say "let's use old ideas in a game while completely missing the point of why people loved the game in the first place." And hell, Super Mario 3D Land did that too but better (much better if you ignore multiplayer in NSMBWii).
Battle Mii and Chase Mii should be put in a collection of minigames packed with the console, NSMB Mii should be a new game but with waaay better graphics and a different (and more creative) title, and Zelda Wii U should be a full-fledged killer app that releases in about 2 years.

To be honest, NSMBW felt pretty fresh and creative to me. (and the level design is way, way better than the DS game's)

People loved NSMBWii because of the nostalgia. It was the first all new 2D Mario for home consoles since Super Mario World. That's18 years! Nothing wrong with nostalgia.
Super Mario 3D Land is basically Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario Galaxy put together (minus the Koopa Kids). It's a fresh twist on old and new, but the game felt too much like Super Mario Galaxy to me (controls, graphics, sound, etc.).
The mini games will definitely be out as a Wii U mini games collection...
I personally love the NSMBWii much better than the DS version... I actually play with my wife constantly... It never gets old for us.. especially since she only prefers 2D games.. go fig
