My game library ranges from Mario Kart to Call of Duty to Tales of Xillia to Diablo 3 to Forza. To me gaming is about having fun - not blindly supporting only one company while thumbing your nose at "the evil other systems."
@8BitSamurai You owe me a broken keyboard and a soaked monitor.
Seriously guys, just go get a PS360. They are incredibly cheap now. I bought my PS3 with 2 controllers and 6 games for just $150 bucks delivered right to my doorstep. I'll probably pick this game up once it hits $30 bucks after 2 months. Sailing in the Atlantic and playing as a Templar sounds like fun.
Or wait 4 months and get the "North American Saga" Trilogy for $30.00.

Just bought Assasin's Creed 2 yesterday for 8 bucks. Can't be happier. After finishing AC4 BF on the Wii U (bought for 15 bucks brand new 2 weeks ago btw), saw the conspiracy video about Ezio and got interested so what the heck. Not to diss people who buy games day 1, but sometimes it's worth it to wait a few months. Unless it's a game that must be bought day 1....and shamefully I already have a few in my list for the next 6 months
@Hy8ogen: Yeah, outside of a cool preorder or limited edition bonus, I will hold off on buying games until they are on sale. If you like AC2 be on the lookout for the Assassin's Creed: Ezio Trilogy. Amazon has it for little over $20.00. 2 of these games was enough Assassin's Creed for me.
To blessed to be stressed.
80's music makes me feel fabulous.
What Would Duane Do? Rynoggery
And next year at E3, we will see the sequel to this game called Assassins creed running out of ideas. Then the sequel to unity will be called Assassins creed 6 unity version 2.5 now with females. And Fans will eat it up like a kid with cake at a birthday party.
The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
If you want to play most 3rd party games you're going to have to own more than Wii U at this point luckily I do.
Yes that's not really going to happen for me. Don't have the time or the money to justify two consoles so I'll be missing some third party but first and second party are enough to keep me busy
Everything can change, but I'm never changing who I am
@Jazzer94 I think the better bet would be Wii U/ PS4. I'm still waiting for a decent deal for the PS4 before I pull the trigger. Or maybe games that I really need to play.
Nintendo fan since 6 years of age.

@Jazzer94 Yeah I'm pretty happy with my Wii U/PS3 for now and that is why I still have not gotten the PS4 yet. If the PS4 was backwards compatible I would've bought it instead of the PS3. I held back buying the PS3 because I thought the PS4 would be backwards compatible. I don't have a gaming PC, I only own a mid range Vaio S series Laptop that's good enough to run Titanfall in medium settings. I mostly play MMOs and RTS games on my PC, so yeah.
I imagine my Wii U/PS3 combo will take me through to 2016 easily. Japanese developers are still throwing lots of love at the PS3, and those are the games I care about. I can live without CoD and AC.
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.
Doesn't mean I hate ubi tho, Nintendo is partly to blame for all these poopoodoodoodoggiepoople. I'm still getting the new Far Cry and Assasin's Creed on my PS3.
I don't get your connection between Ubi's self-sabotage and Nintendo.

I would call it less self-sabotage and more misunderstanding that Nintendo's audience isn't exactly the same.
but the rayman legends delay will never not have been a terrible idea, at least in terms of sales
