Yeaaahhhh I'm not a fan of complex moves. They're either rendered obsolete by the ease of access of other moves, or require too much time to activate with the chance of you fumbling up that it doesn't even matter. Forcing the player to have to push several buttons at once in a sequential order is very counterproductive when you're caught in the heat of the moment.
'Complex moves?' Like pressing A twice, then mashing B? Or do you mean pressing R, then pressing A?

Lol ironically that was exactly the flaw in your own statement. I didn't say insults though. Ad-hominems are a different thing from insults (for some reason lots of people have confused the 2).

It's a subtle difference and it's all about intent. An ad hominem is an attack on the person rather than the point, it's used in an argument to try and discredit your opponents. For example if someone was trying to argue that Twilight Princess was great and everyone was wrong. If you then said that this person just thinks they're better than everyone else, that a person with an ego that big would say something like that? Classic ad hominem.
An insult is just the higher order thing. It can be used as an ad hominem or it can be used outside of it. If I said that I agreed that Twilight Princess was great but then went on to say that the other person was still a bit of a **** sometimes? That would be an insult but it wouldn't be an ad hominem. But people rarely talk like that.... unless they're Australian in which case it's the national sport.
