I hope that nintendo adds more Zelda characters in future smash bros. I would love to play as ghirahim, or midna.
Nintendo isn't in charge of Smash and I think that adding Ghirahim and Midna as Assist Trophies at the only arguable time where they would fit as playable characters is confirmation that they aren't gonna be playable.
I disagree because you could've said the same thing about Little Mac being an assist trophy in Brawl.

I agree more Zelda characters are needed. But Sakurai decides who and who doesn't. You'd think Sakurai would add Ghirahim at least, especially the fact that most of the Zelda stuff in Smash 4 is from Skyward Sword.

It's being sent in spring 2015 and tomorrow's Direct focuses on spring 2015 for Wii U and 3DS so I think info on Miiverse stage, tournaments and Mewtwo is very likely.

Well, development started mid-October. The registration for the CDs ends this month, with the date depending on the region (Japan was given an extra week), and the Mewtwo deadline ends the end of March. The CDs ship out in February, and the Mewtwo codes just say spring. Most likely april or early may.
That puts them at halfway through development, not enough time for a full trailer, but maybe an early in-game screenshot to whet some appetites?

Hopefully Mewtwo will be released before the promotion ends so people can still get him if they like him from gameplay videos and stuff, doubt it and he would probably be released in April or something, but the problem is that they might not release him for a while (probably like the pre orders costumes in HW) for purchase making him a exclusive character which would make some mad, well I don't have to worry anyways since I will get my codes, would be neat if we got a special color or something for those who bought the two games (possibly even day 1 buyers)...but of course people would also get mad about that and that is understandable.

If there's a period of time where Mewtwo is exclusive to people with the codes then I doubt anyone would mind too much. I really don't think it would be a long period of exclusivity. Plus seeing as how its confirmed 100% that Mewtwo will be open to everybody then I think people can relax a bit about it. The HW stuff had a wait time of several months didn't it? Also it wasn't announced at the time that all players would have the option of buying them eventually, unlike Mewtwo where it was announced right away.
