I was talking with my cousin a he brought up a great point, Lucina should had been announced right off the bat, it would had been easier and she would had been more accepted than she is now. One she was announced at a time that we were already satisfied with Female characters so there really wasn't as much of a "OMGOODNESS A NEW FEMALE CHARACTER FINALLY" like we got with Rosalina, Wii Fit Trainer and Palutena second we were on a roll kinda every newcomer that was being announced was completely unique and that was stirring up a lot of hype and Lucina just came out like C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER not saying it's bad that she's a clone of marth Lucy ain't a bad choice by far but she was just announced too late :3 she should had just gotten out of the way earlier

Btw who do you think is a character that makes sense and has a chance but is super surprising all the same. Personally Sora from Kingdom Hearts seems like he could get in since he has been on nintendo systems and he could technically represent Final Fantasy as well since he has interacted with a lot of them but would be really surprising since he is more of a PS character.
