Maybe he isnt talking about gamecube wii or even an N64 game being remastered. With nintendo trying to push two screen gameplay what would make more sense than releasing something from the DS library. I am saying it going to be Pokemon Ranger Trilogy.
...Screw it, Super Mario Sunshine HD! That is arguable one of the most underrated Mario games out there, it's one of my favorite games from childhood, and if it gets remade I will just start hurling money at the screen!
There is nothing here...except for the stuff I just typed...

I just don't understand why anyone would think the Wii U would ever get a Majora's Mask remake.
The reason you don't see PS1/N64 remasters is because you'd have to rebuild them from the ground up for an HD console, which defeats the purpose of a remaster, which is to inexpensively fill in a schedule gap. If you're going to spend the money to build a game from the ground up, it might as well be a new game.
3DS simply makes more sense, since they wouldn't have to completely have to rebuild it, and because of OoT3D, the engine already exists for the platform (heck, this would still benefit Wii U as well, as it would be an inexpensive way to release a 3DS game, while allowing them to save more money for Wii U development).
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
I would love to see a Eternal Darkness HD, but I think the safest bet is Metroid Prime, the trilogy I hope. Nintendo is facing a lot of troubles to decide what to do with Metroid, and a remastering sounds like a easy way out that would sell a lot.
My bet would be Super Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime Trilogy, or Xenoblade Chronicles. Xenoblade would be good because of how rare it is (at least in America).
I heard Nintendo may release an "Old Play Control" range. Similar to the Wii's New Play Control for GameCube titles, but instead of adding motion controls it in fact takes them away from Wii games.
I for one am looking forward to Old Play Control Skyward Sword most.

Interesting, but Skyward Sword will never happen. That game is built around motion controls.
Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.
Now playing:
Final Fantasy XIV (PC) | The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Switch) | Celeste (Switch)
I wouldn't mind Super Mario Sunshine if it's actually good.
Not interested in any Wii games remastered except perhaps Fire Emblem, because it's sold out.
Other GC games I think I bought them already, so not interested either.
It's like the Weapon Shop De Omasse game. You're the one making the parts
I was going to edit it, but it sounds funnier now.
I quoted you just so you wouldn't be able to complete erase it... plus that sounds like a fun mini-game for a new Custom Robo, you can craft special parts during the mini-game lol
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
