HI,

Is it posible to play wii u on 4K TV PHILIPS 40PUK6809 because this 4KTV is 30HERTZ ? And WII U games is 50HZ OR 60 HZ isn't it?

Should be fine
The 30hz is only at 4k resolution
Think that particular model at 1080p etc is a 400hz tv (according to google)

Should be fine. Twilight Princess looks awesome on my 4K Samsung.

It will run 60 FPS through HDMI 1080p upscaled to 4K. Anything 4K will run 30FPS(which means only movies, right now). 4K gaming isn't around, but even Wii U can stream 4K at 30FPS, but they always do stuff on iPhone, because otherwise 3DS would have 3D Netflix, and Wii U would run 3D on more games like Assassin's Creed 3.
