Topic: Nintendo Direct- Wii U

Maybe we'll get a Bayonetta announcement for spring to tide us over for Bayonetta 2. I'm not expecting much though, just what most people are stating, DK:TF and Mario Kart. Low expectations going in means I'll be happier coming out.

I'm calling one semi-popular announcement and a couple of downloadable things. And a japanese publisher or Ubisoft to attempt to save Nintendo's lineup between DKC and Mario Kart.

I tend to blindly speculate, not expect.

If they had anything big to announce, it would've been before the Xmas shopping rush. Just expect updates on what you know already, and if there's anything new it's just a bonus.

"Halo DS"? Whaaaaaaat?

I'm not surprised to hear about Pokemon Bank at all.

Please show SMT x FE and yarn yoshi maybe some X aswell haven't seen anything of SMT x FE and very little of Yarn Yoshi.

I wish DJ hero came out. It was actually the reason I bought the 3ds at launch. Well that, and Kid Ic.
Rockstar needs to revive the DJ hero franchise. It was the coolest 3rd party game on the wii hands down.

Mind you that's not including the eshop and VC reels i'm expecting. I'm also guessing were going to see more eshop only titles like an excitbike or a pushmo to beef up the line up. I'm also thinking DLC for games that are already out like wii fit u.

Heres the thing though, if they show all the good games than what will they use for material at E3.

I believe if Nintendo does it right at E3 and completely blows us away with a new ip, new Zelda, or even a new Metroid (crossing fingers ) They will just dominate E3.

I want to see the game from a few E3's ago that used the gamepad and zapper.

I expect soon we will hear that UBIsoft has cancelled Watchdogs for the Wii U, actually they probably cancelled it back in the late Summer when it was delayed, and have put all resources into Watchdogs for ps3/360/ps4/xbone and Vita.

Which wouldn't make sense because Vita's not selling either

Yup, it was a thing. Microsoft doesn't have a portable console and I don't think they intend to so it's not that weird all things considered. Kinda weirder seeing Sonic as an exclusive on the Wii U actually.

Well the Vita has all the latest Nintendo games, while the WiiU is only good for cross play with PS3. Whoever thought that a console should be able to cross play with another console is silly.

Hoping they announce HBO-Go support

Well, everything they show tomorrow is supposed to be out before E3.. so yeah. They could show us something unannounced and that arrives late spring, but still, that isn't likely.

I'm surprised how many people believe that each ' Direct ' is going to be the Next E3, and are disappointed when it isn't...

They have come up with interesting stuffs at Nintendo Directs before well outside of the time period they said they'd be talking about. I think it was last year's January Nintendo Direct where they came out with Wind Waker HD out of nowhere. So it's possible.
