Topic: Next WiiU System Update (6.0.0)

I want them to combine Wii and Wii U games. If the system has to "boot" into the Wii mode then fine. Just give me a shortcut on the Wii U side and do all of the magic in the background. When you exit the Wii game it takes you back to the Wii U home screen.

Also I want them to make the Pro controller backwards compatible for WiiWare and Virtual Console games.

wii has a separate operating system then wii u. so the B button shortcut (with the possibility to set tv only on settings) and the wii icon on TV button menù are the only shortcut possible. so i hope that this will come true with the next update.

people also would like to have those things:
-improve friends notifications and chat (Real notification system (for ex when friends signing of, or when we get messages), Real messaging system, Party chat, etc)
-use Miiverse display names for when friends are online instead of their NNID. people can't keep track of what NNID goes with what friend.
-Bluetooth support for wireless headsets

This matches what the limits of these devices are except for a couple of small details. Both the Pro Controllers and WiiMotes use Bluetooth so I'm 99% certain that it'll be 7 of them collectively. You won't be able to do four WiiMotes and four Pro Controllers. Also because the wireless 'nets of the Wii U and the local WiFi on the 3DS use the same channels I strongly suspect that if you're using wireless (or maybe just in general) you won't be able to use your 3DS as a controller online. But I don't think either will be a problem.

For example I have two Pro Controllers, a GamePad, a Wavebird, Four WiiMotes (two classic controllers, two nunchucks) and a 3DS with a copy of Smash. That's nine total input options. I suspect that most people will either be using an odd collection of controllers like I will or they'll be REALLY serious about it and get 8 Gamecube Controllers. So I don't think those limitations will be very... limiting...

People have been clamoring for that, however I fear there would have to be compromises DRM-wise in order to do so. So far I'm happy with the ability to lend games in physical form to my friends, I wouldn't want them to change that sort of thing.

for gamecube: it seems that nintendo wii u don't have the components that align mini discs, right? so we can hope for virtual console release

less buttons? but, as wikipedia says, in NEW 3ds there's a 'nub' analog stick (C-Stick), two additional shoulder triggers (ZR and ZL)
16:9 is related to software or with hardware? (i speak about the XL version)

The New 3DS doesn't have buttons beneath it's circle pads, therefore it has less buttons. 16:9 is the Wii U Gamepad's aspect ratio. It has to do with the with of a screen relative to its height, not with the actual size of the screen. None of the screens on a the 3DS, regardless of model, has a 16:9 display.

Depends on the game. If you actually want to use your 3DS to function as a Gamepad it needs everything that is on a Gamepad. And yes, 16:9 is necessary. The resolution can be downscaled to the 3DS' 240p, which'd look awful, but the screen just isn't wide enough. Unless you want to play with black bars which, along with the low res and small screen size, would be unplayable.

What do you mean, exactly?
Look, the 3DS is NEVER going to function as a GamePad. It's just not designed for it. Hopefully, Nintendo's 9th gen handheld (as I see the New 3DS as still 8th gen) WILL have a 16:9 aspect ratio and a respectable resolution so it can function as a controller for Nintendo's 9th gen console, but until that day, you're stuck with the normal GP.

i mean an accessory that you can connected with gamepad for reading 3ds games. is it possible?
