@SuperWiiU: If you're making a Zelda II level, you can pretend the pipes are the elevators to give the illusion of more vertical space.
I've seen many people use pipes with great results in their levels, including that Zelda 1 level, and Gamexplain's remake of the haunted mansion from Mario 64.
Sometime later today I'll work on my next level, it's going to be an easy "Special" one though, sort of. There's like, only ONE hazard in it, and it's super easy to avoid. lol
Anyways after that I gotta wait until 50 stars. :c

Keep it PG-13-ish.
Lets try this again! Here are my stages. I've got others, but they aren't really that noteworthy so I didn't bother to list them.
Edit: So it appears there needs to be a line of space between the links, and thats why when I posted the links a few days back, they didn't show up like this.
I finished another level last night, but it is going through Quality Control Testing right now. (My fiance plays all my levels before I upload so I can see how other people will play and I can look for bugs or unfair areas.) If all goes well, I'll post it this weekend.
(I've been taking pics on my phone of different level codes, and I plan to get to as many as possible this weekend. From what I've played so far, you guys are so creative!)
Guys I know the pictures look pretty and all, but let's please limit the amount on each post to just a few (1-3), for more than that you can add direct links with the [url] code, or just use the plain codes for the levels.
You can also use the level sharing thread. Go crazy there.
God, I am really, REALLY enjoying this game, much, MUCH more than I had ever envisioned however, I really, REALLY wish it had some form of search in regards to finding your friends levels, as this friends code-like system really sucks, like REALLY sucks.
It's the only downside to an otherwise superb game. I also hope we get a steady wave of (preferably free) DLC for Super Mario Maker too!
@spizzamarozzi I played Heroes To Zeros
Well I kind of suck at small spaced jumps but other then that I liked it xD I took the easy way at first because I didn't grasp what you meant lmao. I was like uhm... then went back and re did it with the hero pipe. Overall bit frustrating but the challenge was fun.
@Tamara Peach's Big Break, ok first off I love the idea you did in the very beginning of her actually escaping xD and the puzzles were fun and pretty easy to grasp. I again though suck at small spaced jumps so I got all the way to the stiletto shoe and don't remember what I did but I died soon after lol. I might go back and give it another go but I'm sure I was close to the end xD
I finally achieved 50 stars so expect more levels from me soon A Zelda themed one deff <3

@DarthNocturnal: You could get through the spikes without losing your costume, but it's harder to line up correctly if you got the Wario costume, since he's slightly bigger than small Mario. I chose the Mario 1 style, cause another pathway required you to use a Bob-omb to find a P-Switch to get through the door, but I didn't want anyone just carry the Bob-omb over to the door to break the blocks. I'll think more about the game style next time I want to do a vine section. Thanks for your comments, and I'm glad you liked the ending.
I put aside another few hours of my life to create another Super Mario Maker stage;
Unlike my first stage, I've created what is a proper Mario-style level that doesn't resort to gimmicks. I'm surprised by how well the stage flows, especially considering that 80% of the course was just made up on the fly. I am hoping that I'll be able to cut down the time that I spend designing levels, as this easily took my somewhere between 2 and 2.5 hours. I can only wish that the time I put into it was well-spent.
Thanks given to Xkhaoz for that one avatar. Please contact me before using my custom avatar!
