Topic: Super Mario Maker - OT

Oh man, I won't be able to play it until monday. Have fun while I wait in the I-don't-have-Mario-Maker corner... of sadness

Does anyone have everything unlocked? I uncooked some items like stars and stuff after playing through the game a bit but a message still popped up saying I will have to wait until Saturday to unlock underwater stages.

How can I just unlock everything now?

If it says that you should wait until Saturday, just change the day
It worked fine for me.

@Rexcalibr: It looks like the patch was only for Japan. You have to change the clock on your Wii U every time you get a new set of items.

I won't be able to play until late afternoon at the very earliest. The torture!

@Rexcalibr: The requirement is not time spent in create mode, it's the number of items you place. Creating spam courses will unlock everything fast.

@Jason723: Not sure about the US but the patch seems to have been added in Europe.I've already unlocked the 2nd set making my 2nd level.I've not used them yet but they're available to me.

Absolutely superb stuff,love it already!.Thoroughly enjoyed creating my own level and for a 1st real attempt it's not too bad at all.Some of the user ones had me laughing out loud,the Pokemon Yellow Adventure especially.You never know what's round the corner and to think it's only going to get better as the days/weeks/months go by.

Is the Course History thing bugged? You know, where you can look who gave you a star and who played it?
It doesn't show me all persons.

The game has so much content. I finally unlocked everything and it still took a while because I was experimenting with things the entire time. I love seeing how differently enemies act with wings. Especially Bowser Jr.. I still hope we get the Koopaling slots one day.

Making faces and pictures with coins is a lot harder than I thought but I'm too tired to continue of the rest of the night. This game is definitely worth getting and I'll spend a lot of time on it. If you want to make a great stage, you really need to invest some hours into it and replay it multiple times to perfect it for yourself. It's a lot of fun.

Just not for now.. gotta get to sleep.

as of right now the update to speed up the course creations is not out yet..maybe when i get home this evenin it will be..

After playing tons of ridiculouly hard troll levels yesterday it's so nice to see some simple but well done level design.

I like that NL have made a database of sorts. Although can someone, maybe one of the mods, ask them to put a "# of ratings" field on there as well. There's a big differences between a course that's been given 2 5* ratings and 100 5* ratings. I guess the "like" thing is supposed to do that. But replacing it with "# of votes" would be a more exact measure because people might not click the like button as much (and it's reducing something that had 5 options into just 2 options, so using "likes" as a measure will probably only work for the very top and very bottom)

The game just arrived! I feel sorry for NA, we get a hardcover book and way better box art.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the game comes WITH the NWC levels included right?
